Very nice villa in the heart of town. Nikos the property manager is kind and very responsive. Everything from super market to restaurants to shops are within 10 minutes walk. We, a family of five, had a pleasant experience.

We was greeted by Nikos who made us very welcome and also made himself available on whassap should we need anything during our stay. He arranged transfers for us and gave us information about the area and things and places to go. The villa was very clean, modern and beautiful with a big terrace and close to shops and restaurants. We had a great stay

This is not a luxury apartment, it is a simple, barren, student flat. Ad photos are photoshopped.

If there was a worst customer award, it would be for this one. From the first moment she made the reservation, she asked us if our listing was a scam. The reservation was for 3 people and in the end 2 came. On the first day, everything went perfectly and without any problems and of course we offered early arrival since we could. No thanks were mentioned. From the second day, she started sending us threatening messages and bad descriptions. She took photos and created them as she wanted. She made the wrong settings on the ac and make us to a process for the technician to come for no reason. She told us that she didn't have enough cosmetics or towels for the entire stay, while we offer free cleaning service every two days. She called the channel and pressured them to call us in the early hours of the morning to pressure us to return her money but at the same time to stay. She even asked for ingredients to cook. We still can't understand what pleasure someone can have when they subject themselves to such a process during their vacation. What we understood after contacting the channel is that it is probably a way for her to stay for free and to have more attention. Finally, with the contribution of the VRBO, we asked her to leave on the second day of her stay.

L’appartement est très agréable et fonctionnel. Il ne manque rien, moderne optimisé et parfaitement conforme à la description. Situé à 5mn à pied d’une station de bus (public) et à 10 mn d’un SuperMarket. Quartier calme et bien localisé pour accéder facilement à tous les spots de Santorin. Accessit tout particulier à Nikos le Manager du lieu, réactivité et gentillesse à nul autre pareil. Bref à recommander vivement top rapport qualité prix.

Sejour parfait

Le logement est tel quel presenté sur le site, vous même plus spacieux encore. Pour avoir déjà séjourné au sud est de l'île, j'ai trouvé la localisation idéale car au centre de l'île, tout est a max 20 min en bus. Fira est à proximité direct, comptez qqs minutes en bus ou un bon quart d'heure à pieds. Ce qui a le plus embellie notre séjour c'est la présence de Nikos, notre hôte, toujours là pour répondre à nos moindres questions, et plus encore. Il a fait une part importante dans réussite de notre séjour. Merci à lui, qui a su trouver des solutions pour faciliter notre départ, et merci aux propriétaires pour leurs gentillesse. Je recommande totalement !

Wonderful stay in Karterados

The apartment is exactly as shown at the pictures! It's big and spacious, you can easily stay with 4 people there, if you are sure to share bathroom with toilet in it. It also has a big terrace with a nice view to the ocean in some distance. Karterados is a small village not far from Fira, so I recommend to rent a car, with that you can easily reach all interesting points and the nice beaches of the island. Communication with the owner was fast and easy, and Nikos, the contact person on site was there for check in/out, and always reachable via WhatsApp for any question! He gave us fantastic recommendations for local restaurants!
