The Citrus Hills area is comprised of rolling hills, tall pines, majestic oaks and lots to do! This villa is located on the Meadows Golf course and is close to other great golf courses in the area as well as shopping and only 25 minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen and is fully equipped. Located directly on the golf course but with enough privacy, you can watch the golfers come by and enjoy the tranquil view of the golf course from the large back porch. Very comfortable living room furniture, a large open kitchen with a breakfast bar but also a good size table and chairs for a nice diner. The kitchen nook provides a round table and chairs. Access from the kitchen and the living room to the screened-in lanai. Floors are engineered hardwood and easy on the feet! HD TV, comfortable beds and outdoor seating is provided. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the laundry room with access to the 2-car garage. What is so great about this villa is its comfort and location! Close to all activities all centered around its extensive country club and spa facilities.

And it gets better: approx. 2 minutes by car, are the shops: Public Supermarket, Gas station, Bank, Nail Salon, Jewelry store, Mail Store, cleaners, doctor's office etc. Just hop across the street and get your groceries in. Down the road, approx. 3 minutes, is the 9-holes golf course of Brentwood, another Citrus Hills community and yes, you have access to this course as well.

The most ideal place to spend your time, play golf, go bike or hike, swim with the manatees, take an airboat ride or hire a pontoon boat, take classes or shape up at the huge fitness center. We have state parks close, many lakes and rivers provide hours of outdoor recreation, including one of Florida’s top fishing destinations and some of the best snorkeling and scuba diving in the world.
