This single-storey villa accommodates 4 guests and features a comfortable living room with dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Great spot for stay.

Beautiful surroundings, wonderful pool. Close to Polenca and the beach. Highly recommended.

Great House!

We had a great time at this House. The view is Incredible and the neighborhood is also very nice. But the best part of the house has to be the cat that lives at the house (Lucy). She is super sweet and friendly and we had lots of fun petting and feeding her. Liam ( 12 years) 😘

The ideal place

If you love nature, stunning views to the mountains, privacity, relax, peaceful surroundings, etc. probably you will enjoy Hort Nou . If, in turn, you feel comfortable when fees do not offend your sense of proportionality, this will most likely be your choice.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Finca ist genauso wie auf den Bildern. Der Ausblick ist wirklich super schön. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist völlig ausreichend. Die Geräte sind einfach, aber sie funktionieren alle. Mein Handynetz war vor Ort nicht immer gut. Dafür hat die WLAN-Verbindung immer stabilen Empfang geboten. Es war alles sauber. Der Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin war freundlich und hat super geklappt. Wenn man eine Finca in der Natur wählt, die etwas abgelegener ist, muss man natürlich mit der ein oder anderen Ameisenstraße rechnen. Wir haben das bekommen, was wir erwartet haben und waren sehr zufrieden.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in wunderschöner Gegend

Pros: Die relativ einsame Lage des Hauses, der Blick auf die Berge, der Pool, die Innenausstattung und die Ausstattung der Terrassen, die ländliche Umgebung mit Olivenbaumpflanzung und verschiedenen Zitrusbäumen - alles war perfekt für uns.

Super séjour et vue magnifique

Nous avons séjourné deux semaines dans cette résidence. La vue est superbe et reposante avec les montagnes entourant la maison, cela permet d'être au calme tout en étant proche des lieux animés, 15 minutes pour le port de pollenca et d'alcudia. Nous avons profité de la piscine, il est agréable de pouvoir se rafraîchir dedans. La communication avec le propriétaire est rapide et claire. En synthèse, de superbes vacances.

Bel emplacement mais logement qui mérite un peu d'entretien

Pros: L'environnement était très bien (piscine, vue depuis les chambres, quiétude, montagnes tout autour, plages/port accessibles très facilement) Cons: Odeur de moisi dans les placards de la cuisine et dans une salle de bain. Ce qui pourrait être amélioré : nettoyage de la maison (mon fils a eu 4 piqûres d'araignée pendant la nuit)

Un petit coin de paradis, calme et confortable

Séjour très agréable dans cette charmante maison très calme à quelques minutes de Pollença. La végétation et les paysages autour sont magnifiques. L'atout majeur de cette maison est sa belle piscine toujours ensoleillée. La communication avec la gérante a été excellente, très serviable et toujours disponible.
