'Son Cisterna' is a small paradise with two natural stone houses and represents the charming country life with all the comforts of today in the setting of a romantic finca. It is located in a beautiful and professionally maintained garden with wonderful lawns, gnarled trees, spreading palm trees, fig trees, bamboo fronds, oleander shrubs, olive trees, lemon plants, rocks and hammocks - you are surrounded by nature and the Tramuntana mountains in the background completes the dreamlike panoramic view. You will be able to enjoy the quiet location and the beauty of the garden, the spacious pool area with separate sun terrace as well as the comfort and the equipment of your holiday home relaxed and relaxing. If you have any questions, please contact the contact person at any time for the spacious and large property. Your holiday paradise consists of two holiday homes with a total of five bedrooms, three of them with queen-size beds, one with a double bed and another single bed, and one with a large king-size bed and a natural stone bathroom en-suite. A separate cot is also in your holiday home if needed. The 3 bathrooms are very spacious and designed with plenty of space. They have a bath or shower, toilet, bidet and a large vanity. Another toilet is located in the finca. The living room of one house has a very special character due to its extraordinary ceiling height and, like the adjoining open kitchen, is fully equipped. The other natural stone house of the beautiful finca meets the expectations of a more than one hundred year old finca and is complemented by modern design. Both houses are air conditioned. In front of the living room are each the terraces facing the garden, on each of which a large dining table for up to 8 people invites you to 'come together'. The wonderfully embedded pool area with the sun-yellow barbecue house and another dining area for up to 6 people is located in call and visibility about 25-30m from the terraces.

If you are interested, there are also 2 bicycles on the property at leisure - please contact us when you are on site.

Once a week, the house cleaning and towel and linen change takes place; These services are included in the price. On request, you can also arrange a shorter cycle (surcharge) for cleaning and / or towel and bed linen change. A washing machine is located in a separate machine house at the barbecue area.

Relaxing Villas

Enjoyed the stay. Villas in country side with short drive to both Pollenca and Alcudia. Very nice garden and pool. Air-conditioning available in both houses. Good service and very good interaction with owner / housekeeper.

Hidden gem close to Pollença and beaches

We had a marvelous stay in the two villas surrounded by a lushes garden. Both houses were impeccably clean, fully equipped and located close to both the town of Pollença and Port de Pollença. Andreas proved to be a great host. We plan to return somewhere in the near future.

Amazing villas!

The photos don't do this place justice. You are very secluded with lovely grounds and a brilliant pool. Both properties are well equip and nice comfy beds. Nicole/Beata/Andres were always super quick to reply to any question we had.

Family Holiday — we will be back!

This property is amazing. There was plenty of room for the kids ranging from ages 3-7yo to kick around a football, play hide and seek, and swim while the adults relaxed and hung by the pool. The pool deck is stunning, with plenty of lounge chairs and a BBQ. The two homes were a perfect fit for our group of ten, and we loved being in the country-side. Easy to go for a run, walk, or cycle in the morning on picturesque lanes. Andreas was very communicative and didn’t hesitate to share amazing recommendations for things to do and see, and places to eat. We will absolutely be coming back!

A wonderful property with huge grounds and plenty of birdlife and farmlife next door. Listen to peacocks, cockerals, chickens, ducks, sheep bells and wildlife. Property is nice and we had a great stay - a few downs but nothing is perfect!

A beautiful oasis in the Mallorcan countryside

Our family loved this place. It was in the middle of nowhere but with coordinates was easy to find. Lots of areas to explore on the property. Hammocks for siestas and very well stocked with everything we would need. Great pool area and lots of spaces for outdoor dining. It was also close to 2 of our favorite areas. Pollenca and Alcudia. Both have great squares for shopping and dining. Andreas was a great host! Thanks for letting us stay at your property!

The property impressed us immediately after arrival - beautiful landscape and very stylish inside. It’s that rare occasion when the reality is better than pictures.Great attention to details - for example, small flashlights on the keys came very handy when returning late.In my opinion, the villas have everything you may need for a pleasant stay (and since we were two families with children, we did need a lot).The communication with the owner and property manager was fast and efficient. At one point the water in the faucet disappeared. Beata, the property manager was there in less than 10 minutes to show us that we simply needed to turn on the power switch ))) Thank you!

Nice houses in beautiful and spacious garden

The reality surpassed our expectations based on the text on the vrbo-site! Very spacious garden with nice layout and cozy pool area. Many different trees and shrubs set in a vast lawn. A lot of garden furniture was at our disposal. The original finca with very thick walls, over 100 years old, has a good layout although the two bedrooms are rather small. The other house, which was built later, has three spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and a nice living room with kitchen, both with patio doors. We (a family of 9 adults + a small child) made the old finca our headquarters for cooking and eating, because of the large dining area inside (in april it was rather chilly in the morning and the evening). We came with three cars but could have parked six cars without any problem. The available bicycles are nice for short drives on flat terrain, but for longer tours we hired better bikes. The small bike for our grandchild hit the bull's-eye, many thanks! The water from the private well was quite salty, so we did not drink it and the dishwasher needs extra attention due to this. The location is good for tours to all sides, Pollenca and the beach are nearby while you are also in no time in the mountains for hiking or a visit to e.g. Lluc. In all, we had a lovely stay and would recommend this villa's without any doubt.

Der perfekte Urlaub!

Wir (11 Erwachsene) hatten eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft und der Aufenthalt verlief zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die Anlage ist ein Traum und die Häuser sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Und wenn wir doch Mal etwas brauchten, waren Andreas und Nicole direkt da und haben uns geholfen. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :)

Sauber, sehr schön und super Lage

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, allein der Aufenthalt im Garten und am Pool ist Urlaub pur. Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Da so eine schöne Grünanlage natürlich nur durch Bewässerung bestehen kann, muss man zu Dämmerung Zeit mit Moskitos rechnen.

Grüne Oase - Erholung pur

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und gepflegt und die Häuser bieten allen Komfort. Wir haben die ruhige Anlage den überfüllten und lauten Stränden vorgezogen und haben sehr entspannte Tage am Pool verbracht. Es ist der perfekte Ort, um zu entspannen.

Very Noisy

The property and grounds are both lovely however if you are looking to get some sleep this isn't the place for you. It's like living on a farm and we were woken up by the neighbours cockerel every single day around 4am. All day long there's squawking from some bird or other which seriously compromised the overall stay. There is also no Aircon in the bedrooms of the smaller villa. A pity as overall they are nice villas in a good setting.

Das Anwesen ist wunderschön. Wir haben mit Freunden unseren Hochzeitstag gefeiert und alle haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir empfehlen allerdings für den Ein-und Ausstieg in den Pool ein Geländer oder einen Haltegriff. Ansonsten hat alles der Ausschreibung entsprochen und wir können dieses Feriendomizil mit Begeisterung weiterempfehlen.

Summer sojourn

Wonderfully accommodating vinca easily absorbed our family of 10 and having two independent villas made for a very peaceful nights sleep. The only slight blot on an otherwise thoroughly enjoyable fortnight were the biting insects which I’m guessing are more to do with Mother Nature than anybody else. Andreas and his housekeeping team are the best! Thank you.

Paradise at Son Cisterna

When we arrived at Son Cisterna we were blown away with the beautiful grounds in which both villas were situated. Andreas the owner met us and showed us around and was the perfect host. We had a wonderful 2 weeks enjoying the facilities in the grounds, it was so peaceful and tranquil. We will most definitely be booking again this magical place!

Tolles Anwesen mit zwei sehr schönen Häusern. sehr abgeschieden und daher sehr ruhig.

Das war ein erholsamer Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie in einer tollen Umgebung. Bei der Ankunft sind wir sehr nett von Beata empfangen worden. Sie hat uns auch lmmer, bei allen Fragen , sehr schell weiter geholfen. Son Cisterna können wir mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Idyllic setting for two delightful villas that comprise Son Cisterna!

Son Cisterna is a very special place! The two villas are both very welcoming and comfortable and made our holiday even more enjoyable with our grown up children able to relax in their own space. The grounds, pool area and gardens are amazing, a very relaxing space! The owners made us feel very welcome on arrival, nothing was too much trouble! A great holiday at a very conveniently situated property which is within easy access of all local towns and attractions.

Ferienparadies im Norden Mallorcas

Komfort *****, Sauberkeit *****, Lage *****, Ausstattung*****, kostenfreies WLAN***** Diese beiden Fincas auf einem parkähnlichen, wunderschön angelegten Areal wurden von uns für zwei Wochen gebucht, um einen langersehnten Wunsch zu erfüllen, mit den Kindern und Enkelkindern gemeinsam Urlaub zu geniessen (ohne sich räumlich gegenseitig zu stören ;–)) ). Dieses in jeder Weise großzügige Feriendomizil war vom Flughafen Palma mit rent a car in einer Stunde (ca. 50 km) gut zu erreichen. Die Wegbeschreibung der letzten ca. 1000 Meter sind per GoogleMap kein Problem. Die beiden, klimatisierten und absolut ruhig gelegenen, sehr gepflegten Häuser wurden liebevoll und luxuriös ausgestattet. Ihnen fehlt es an nichts. Auch der Pool - stets des Nachts von Geisterhand sauber gehalten, hatte eine Super-Größe (und hatte sogar für Kinder ausreichend Wasserspiele.) Den separaten Grillplatz haben wir dort oft genutzt. Die notwendigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nahe gelegenen Supermärkten erfüllten alle Vorstellungen. Die sauberen Sandstrände waren in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Vermieter Andreas war jederzeit - auch aus der Ferne – ansprechbar für gute Locations auch außerhalb unseres privaten Resorts. Bei evtl. Problemen waren Beata und Arthur vor Ort höfliche, entgegenkommende Ansprechpersonen. Wenn die Termine wieder unter einen "Hut" zu bekommen sind, wollen wir nochmals hindüsen.---- Dass dies alles seinen Preis hat, ist verständlich..... Aber dies weiß man ja schon bei der Buchung! Super !!!!!
