This is a spacious 2 bedroom house located in a residential area. The house is fully updated and has everything to make you feel at home: king bed, queen bed, bunk bed, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill (with propane tank), high speed WiFi, TV, washer/dryer, 1 car garage (with additional free parking on the driveway).
The Space:
This is a single family residential house with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms on 2 floors.
First floor:
Fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas.
Second floor:
The master bedroom (with a king bed), a 2nd bedroom (with a queen bed), and a 2nd living area with a bunkbed.
Outdoor:
A dining area and a BBQ Grill with a propane tank. The propane tank is provided, but propane is NOT provided. If there is some propane remaining from previous guests, you can use it, but when the tank becomes empty, you will need to replace the tank (1 min drive to the nearest gas station) at your own cost.

Navarre Beach - 6 min (2.1 miles). There is a very large parking place at Navarre Beach with free parking.
Many public access locations in the State Park between Navarre Beach and Pensacola (free parking) if you desire more secluded beach experience.
Beach chairs/umbrella and beach cart are provided at the house (in garage).

Walmart Supercenter - 9 min
Walmart Neighborhood Market - 7 min
