Welcome to Saida Towers III #3904, a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium located at one of South Padre Island’s premier beachfront properties.

All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person wristband fee $25 plus tax. Wristbands are required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32. Guests ages 9 and under are exempt. Guests ages 33 and old are exempt. Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the wristband fee will apply. The wristband fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

Sleeping Arrangements: King bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the living room.
Flooring: Tile throughout the condo.
