The main level of this home boasts a light and bright renovated kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and half bathroom with access to the washer/dryer. The spacious living area features additional dining, comfortable seating and slider doors leading onto the back deck. The main level will have a king bedroom with Mini Split air conditioner and ensuite master bathroom.

The second level of the home offers two additional bedrooms, both with mini split air conditioning and a full size bathroom accessible through the hallway. The private back yard is the perfect setting to spend your summer evenings after a long day at the beach. Enjoy marshmallows and smores while sitting around the new firepit. Located on the northside, your are a quick drive to both Corporation Beach 2.7 miles and Mayflower Beach 3.1 miles.

Our family gathering

For the first time ever my wife and I were together with her three daughters and their children. I was truly blessed to be with them! We enjoyed everything about time at your location. Between playing games, eating meals together, enjoying evening campfires with s'mores and so much more provided a wonderful time of bonding and family love. Thank you! We will be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 17 Perkins Way. The house was spacious, clean and newly updated. The deck and the backyard were perfect spots to enjoy games and a fire pit after a long day at the beach. The bedrooms were large, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of seating for dinner. The only input I have is that the bedrooms really need to have some dressers. There are no dressers in the bedrooms although the closets are outfitted, but a dresser is still helpful. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends or stay again when we’re on the Cape.
