Relax with your family at our peaceful unique Bay Haven where relaxation, fishing, and fun abound. Enjoy stunning bayfront views through picture windows spanning the back of the home, and watch the breathtaking Copano Bay sunsets.
Venture out onto the 220’+ fishing pier to meditate, watch pelicans and
dolphins, or catch your dinner. Chill and grill on the patio with the neighborhood ducks while cooking your catch of the day.
We are pet-friendly, for a fee of $95 (cats excluded).

Great Rockport Stay!! Will be back.

This is one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed. It had lots of good room and was very organized, and it had lots of amenities that they did not hesitate sharing with us. We will be back!!

Awesome house on the water

Great layout and accommodations, really cool downstairs area for the kids, and it was nice to see the ducks just hanging out next door. Definitely made our list of best places we’ve stayed!

Quick getaway

We had a long weekend of fishing and hanging out in rockport/ Fulton area! Really enjoyed our stay and the house! Having a pier outside the back was really nice! Check in and out process was easy! The hosts are great! Definitely would stay here again!

Our property description is clear that we do not have a dishwasher or garbage disposal. Handwashing of dishes only! Recent heavy rains had rainwater pooling in places, but our septic was not overflowed. We are sorry you felt the need to leave a one-star for these reasons.

Beautiful Home on the Bay

We had a wonderful stay at Bay Haven during Spring Break. The house was immaculate and exactly like shown in the online pictures. The check-in process was easy, and everything went smoothly. Everything in the house was in good working condition and all the beds were very comfortable. The owners were great about checking in to make sure all was well and provide great tips on things to do in the area. If you like fishing the private pier with ample bench seating and lighting will be perfect for all your fishing needs. The location was great being on the open bay and the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Next door house has several ducks, doves, and pigeons which are fun to watch. We will certainly come back to Bay Haven next time we are in Rockport.

We are excited to share Bay Haven with you and your family for your enjoyment!

Why they chose this property

We lived in Austin but took time down at the coast as much as possible. Now we live in Rockport full-time! Rockport is a sweet small town with great people and year-round fishing, so it is our happy place.

What makes this property unique

Upper deck spans the whole back side of the house and gives you more than a 180 degree view of the Bay! Watch for dolphins and ducks!

220+ft pier has all the fishing amenities available!

7-day and up rentals enjoy a 2-person guided bay fishing trip with Captain John!

Rockport events and festivals are minutes away by car!
