Sanding Ovation, our brand-new gulf front 4 story home with elevator directly on the beach, with two master suites, one on gulf side, and the other bay side. All bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom.

Dog friendly, with dogs and bonfires allowed on the beach. House is located in the coveted North Cape San Blas within the gated community of Ovation that spans from the Gulf of America to St. Joseph Bay, and which offers two community pools (closest pool across street - infinity edge pool bayside), a fire pit, workout gym, tennis/pickleball courts and two piers to walk out over the St. Joseph Bay. The beach walkover is right next to our home so you can step off our stairs and onto the walkover! Located on the desirable North Cape, just under 1 mile south of the entrance to St Joseph Peninsula State Park.

Our home has 6 bedrooms (4 King beds, 1 Queen bed, 1 bunk room), each with its own large bathroom, with a gulf side master suite and a bay side master suite, 7 baths total, outdoor shower, private secluded hot tub, two sets of washer/dryers, two full size refrigerators and 3 mini-fridge/beverage centers, large decks on both sides of the home for views of the Gulf, beach as well as across the Cape to St Joseph Bay! Our home has a dedicated 240V outlet for electric car charging in the garage and is wheelchair accessible with ramp entry, elevator access to all floors, wheelchair friendly suite and roll in shower.

There are just a few stores and restaurants on the Cape, which keeps the vibe very chill, but if more action is desired, just hop in the car and drive 15-20 minutes to picturesque Port St. Joe where you will find the lighthouse, numerous restaurants and shopping opportunities, or travel east along the gulf roadway to visit Apalachicola which has more quaint shops and restaurants.
