The house was perfect and as advertised.The location was even better. Located right along the ocean walk way and the beach, the house is within walking distance to several restaurants and an amusement park for kids. Also a great location for people watching and great sunsets.Hope to return again.

Fantastic stay for a 3 generational family in town for an SDSU Graduation. We rented both units and enjoyed both the upper and lower decks. The kitchens were both well stocked, bathrooms were connected to bedrooms, so ample showers and ‘get ready’ room. Comfortable beds, pull out couch included! Views of the beach/ocean were spectacular and we did have a shower that did not work, but the host responded quickly and we had plenty of other options.Would recommend for large groups and would stay again - great location and lovely property.

I would give 5 stars if it weren't for a few issues that affected our stay. The positives; The property is very nice, the rooms are comfortable, and most have en-suite bathrooms, which is a huge plus. The views are spectacular, and the location is wonderful. The property was very clean when we arrived, and having garage parking was a great convenience. We especially loved the upstairs unit, but the downstairs unit was also very nice. Plenty of towels and beach chairs were provided, which we appreciated. The issues: Before our arrival, we were informed that the downstairs unit had no hot water and that it would likely take two days to fix. We were initially offered only a 10% discount for those days, which we felt was inadequate. After speaking with someone at the office, we were offered a 50% discount, but despite requesting written confirmation, we never received it. Fortunately we were refunded after checkout without any problems, We feel this compensation should have been offered proactively rather than requiring us to ask. We also had an issue with one of our door codes at check-in. The code had been changed without notifying us, and it was difficult to reach someone by phone for assistance. Although the staff member was pleasant and promised to send the new code by text and email - this never happened. Luckily I was able to remember the correct code. With better communication this property could easily be a 5 star experience. And we did enjoy our stay.

Family reunion

Perfect house for a large family reunion, and also a perfect location. We had easy access to the beach, and very walkable to many wonderful restaurants.

The house was very nice. You couldn't ask for a better location. The house was clean, had a great view and accommodated our 4 families easily. The house consists of two units that are separated by outside stairs. This could have been communicated better. Discarding trash was an issue because one outside trash can was full from the previous tenant and the other was being used by neighbors. This created a slight problem.Even with these few issues, we had a great time.

Perfect Family Getaway

This property was perfect for all ages. We had 3 different families and everyone was comfortable. Access to the beach is amazing and we really appreciated all the beach toys/towels that were provided. Would definitely stay here again!

Family’s Last Remembrance of a Loved One Deceased

Great space and location for family to share and show last respects to our mother, grandmother, and great grandmother in a place she dearly loved, the beach. We were able to rent a bonfire in front on the beach and make semoas.

Life's a Beach!

Large spacious home with nice upgrades. Great amenities. Being on the boardwalk was the best. Enjoy the nighttime waves as you relax in the spa. Surf Style went over and beyond. We informed them of broken boogie boards and they brought new ones out. Very customer friendly. Will book again.

We can't say enough positive things about this beautiful ocean front vacation house. From the house and location itself to the easy checkin/out and help Surf Style hosts, this offering exceeded our expectations. Easy 5 star recommendation particularly for larger groups wanting their own space. Hopefully we'll be back for the holidays in 2023!

Good location, plenty of room in the garage for 3 SUVs. including an Expedition. Lots of beach toys and chairs. If you have mobility issues, be aware of the 30 steps up to the third floor. I injured my knee prior to our stay so it was difficult for me.
