Please put all thermostats to 75 and cool if summer, if winter please put them at 65 degrees and heat.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No bachelorette parties, college events, etc. All events must be approved in advance of your stay.
No glitter. No streamers, signs or decorations that involve the use of tape to walls or furniture. Do not move or remove furniture.
