Summary:
UPDATED AS OF 11/10/23: This 6k square foot renovated home is at the very top of a residential street with stunning views & built to entertain.

Excellent for groups who want to be close to all the action in Asheville while maintaining a secluded, mountain home feel when at the house (only 11 min from downtown, 14 min from Biltmore, and 20 min to Blue Ridge Parkway).

We have enough beds to accommodate 21 people. If you have more than 16 guests, please message us about how we can accommodate.

The Space:
As of 11/10/23: the driveway was completely re-paved to accommodate games and entertainment outside the garage overlooking the mountains. At the house we have corn hole, polish horseshoes (aka beers-bee), & KanJam for your group to enjoy. Also a brand new barrel sauna was just installed outside near the hot tub.

THE HOME:

The outside of the home is all completely re-done and ready to entertain:

—HOT TUB DECK: seating for 6 in the hot tub and a table with seating for 4 on the deck.

—BARREL SAUNA: this seats up to 6 people and is located next to the hot tub and grill outside. We provide 8 robes and 16 pairs of sandals to help your group foster your own little spa day.

—FIRE PIT: there are 9 Adirondack chairs to take in the stunning views in this newly constructed state of the art fire pit.

—DEDICATED GRILL SPACE: we have an electric grill near the hot tub deck looking out on the mountain range.

—BACK PATIO: additional dining/hang out tables and cornhole are in a covered deck located behind the family room and kitchen.

And then inside the home:

BASEMENT BAR: Newly constructed island bar with 5 barstools. There is a sink and mini-fridge down here as well.

GAME ROOM: Pool/billiards, classic arcade games, fooseball, shuffleboard, and ring ross. There is an 80" and 55" HD TV in the game room.

THEATER ROOM: 6 recliner chairs and a surround sound speaker system to kick back and enjoy the 85" HD TV.

FAMILY ROOM: Another 85" HD TV located in the family room upstairs adjacent to the kitchen.

DINING ROOM: The main dining table sits 10 comfortably. There is another table in the massive kitchen that seats 8 comfortably.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked with everything you could need to cook, along with a kitchen island and 4 bar stools. Then there is a kitchen table that seats 6 comfortably.

MAIN PORCH/DECK: Seating for 6 to take in the stunning views.

--LIVING ROOM: 1 sleeper sofa with a queen mattress

The Neighborhood:
Located in West Asheville, secluded at the very top of a residential road. Just 11 minutes from downtown, 14 minutes from the Biltmore, and 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Ingles (groceries) and Walgreens are both less than a 2 minute drive from the home.

Getting Around:
There is room for up to 8 vehicles to park in our driveway. And we can accommodate extra parking across the way in an apartment complex — just give us some heads up and we can coordinate it.

Uber and Lyft are readily accessible from our home, as well as local taxi services.
