Caribe B814 is a Three (3) bedroom, three (3) bathroom, 1796 sq. ft. spacious, luxurious, multi-waterfront condo in Orange Beach, Alabama, located in the beautiful Caribe Resort.

There are only two (2) parking passes available for this unit.

Caribe B814 is a three (3) bedroom, three (3) bathroom waterfront unit. Located on the 8th floor with amazing views of Gulf. This unit comfortably sleeps 12 and has private balcony access from the living area and master bedroom. The Master bedroom features a King bed, a pull-out Full Sleeper Sofa, HDTV, private bathroom, and private balcony access. The private master bath has a Jacuzzi tub with a separate walk-in shower, double vanity and HUGE walk-in closet.

The second bedroom offers a Queen bed, HDTV, and a private access to the hall bath with a tub/shower. The third bedroom has 4 Twins, HDTV, and private bath with tub/shower.

The kitchen features granite counter-tops, stainless-steel appliances, and comes with everything you could ever imagine needing (plus some!) in your home away from home. The living area is complete with leather furniture, HDTV, costal décor, a wet bar with wine cooler and ice maker, and floor-to-ceiling water views. The dining area has a 6-seater table a 4 bar stools for your 10 guest to enjoy a meal. There is ample seating on the balcony to enjoy the beautiful waterfront views from this property.

Caribe Resort is located in beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama, just east of the Perdido Pass and one mile west of the Florida-Alabama border. Resort amenities include: 24-hour guarded entry gate, assigned and covered parking, 3 outdoor tiered saltwater pools two of which are zero entry, 9 outdoor hot tubs, 2 outdoor water slides, 1 outdoor kiddie water slide, 3 indoor heated saltwater pools, 3 indoor hot tubs, 2 wet saunas, 2 dry saunas, fishing docks, outdoor BBQ area, shuttle to beach, Bocce ball court, pickle ball court, 3 lighted tennis courts, a putting green, new mini golf course, fitness centers in each building, and boat slips available for rent through the Caribe Marina. There is free wireless internet available throughout property. Cobalt Restaurant is located on-site for a breathtaking waterfront dining experience. There is also a deli located on-site to grab a quick bite for lunch.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

• PARKING PASSES: 2 passes are included in the reservation. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

• RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Lacking on household supplies!
Beautiful Condo. Great location and amenities! Very poor household supplies. 1 garbage bag in the can, 1 package of dish soap for 1 load of dishes, 1 package of laundry soap for 1 load of laundry. The rental company is cheaping out on the supplies!

Beautiful resort but didn't sleep well.
First, we love Caribe & have stayed there before. This was the 1st (& last) time we tried this one. The view was nice, but every view at Caribe is. Condo was a great size & decorated well. Main bdrm was biggest issue. We couldn't enjoy the view b/c the huge blinds over the windows/sliding doors were broken when we arrived. Disappointing part is I don’t understand how the housekeeper/property mngr didn't see what a mess they were & fixed it before we arrived. I reported it. The sun blared through the open parts in the morning making it difficult to sleep in. I called maintenance again. The guy said they needed to be “fully replaced & he put up a couple sheets in the meantime.” SO it was an awful mess in the bedroom & we never got to enjoy that “million $ view." Then in the bedroom w/ double bed there is a hallway light that shines right through the window, making it difficult to sleep. So we had to adjust sleeping arrangements for a family member. Another issue @ check-in: before you get to condo, you have to drive down the beach to check-in & out. This is not convenient, unnecessary, & should have check-in on site. We were exhausted from travel & it added ~45 mins. to get into the condo. Then,all of the warning emails you get & contracts to sign from property management beforehand made me almost cancel our reservation. I get that they are protecting the property, but it is poor customer service to send threatening emails to guests about fines (more but I ran out of space).
