Deadwood Getaway

We had a work meeting and stayed here instead of the hotel because I missed the booking date. Wife wasn’t happy with me until we opened the front door. Awesome location, comfy bed, air worked great, wonderful layout. Couldn’t have been better. Had everything we needed. Would recommend staying at this wonderful place to anyone coming to visit!

Dream location

We’ve been to the Black Hills many times over the years, and this was the best spot hands down. It has everything from its prime location in the heart of downtown Deadwood, immaculate and beautiful appointments, to the mountain view. Carmen was wonderful to work with. This made our 30th anniversary all the more memorable and we even left the casinos with a few more dollars in our pocket! Highly recommend.

Amazing Deadwood Stay!

Absolutely amazing!! This was hands down the best place we have ever stayed at. I was somewhat hesitant to book because there were no reviews, but it was worth every penny. We can't wait to come back for an event and enjoy the views from above and the convenience of the location. We loved the His and Hers Ale House that we stopped at where we enjoyed some really good food. We then ventured to the Elks Club for a night cap. Both of these are located in the same building! I could go on and on about this stunning condo located on Main St in Historic Deadwood. Furthermore, my wife loved everything about it. It is worth the experience!

Not only do I love to travel but I have a passion for real estate. I have remodeled several historic properties in historic district areas, taking them down to the studs and rebuilding them with classic elements that are original to each house. I love to add modern design, functionality, and (most importantly) comfort that are necessary for today's living. Modern elegance is what I aim for. I look at each property I am given and design every space as if I were going to be living there.

The particular property we purchased for a retreat for us as well as share with guests, family and our friends. Our main home is in the beautiful Hill City area, about 35 minutes from Deadwood. We found that we were always up in Deadwood to either go to concerts, ski or just have fun but the drive home was always too long. So when the opportunity came to purchase and remodel the this historic gem on main street next to the town Square and turn it into vacation rentals, we jump at the opportunity.

Why they chose this property

LOCATION! The Bank Hotel is located downtown Deadwood, directly across from the town square 'Outlaw Square'. Not only is the building beautiful the downtown boasts a beauty in itself with its historic charm and western nature. The trolley stops right across the street and my favorite restaurant is located right next door. We also offer our guests to book our private event space below for special occasions called The Vault Lounge.

Did I mention LOCATION....Right next to the Town Square!! You can walk out of the building and step into all the parades, concerts, and events within seconds!! Entertain in the condo as if it were your own living quarters. Enjoy heated floors, stately kitchens, ambient fireplace and modern decor. Step out of the building to all the casinos, restaurants, bars, shops and main events Deadwood has to offer.
