' WELCOME TO PARADISE'

Sugar Beach Resort is a Beach Front Complex. No need to cross any streets to get to the beach! Enjoy the wonderful ocean views and breathtaking sunsets from this 2nd-floor corner unit with central air conditioning. Just 50 steps to the white Sandy Beach known as 'Sugar Beach', snorkeling and swimming await you right in front of our complex! The private lanai is an extension of the living room. The floor to ceiling windows extend the width of the room, overlook the Pool, Jacuzzi, Koi Pond, straight out to the Blue Pacific! Image enjoying your morning coffee watching the humpback whales spouting and coming around! Or enjoy the solitude of the evening as the sounds of waves breaking on the shore transcribe you into a world of tranquility and peace!

We have taken great pride in upgrading our unit. It is tastefully and comfortably furnished in Hawaiian decor, including Flat Screen TV's (in the living room and bedroom). We provide free cable, WiFi and long distance calls to the mainland and Canada. The modern kitchen features granite counter tops and maple cabinets, including a dishwasher, disposal, microwave, and many small appliances. A washer/dryer is located inside the condo for your convenience.

The complex contains an activity center, gift shop, sandwich shop/bar and a massage center. Located in the center of the complex, you are just minutes away from the BBQ grills and all the amenities that the Resort has to offer.

Sugar Beach Resort is located in the middle of the Island, just 10 miles from the Airport, 4 miles to the Maalaea Harbor and the Maui Ocean Aquarium, 7 miles to Wailea and 20 miles to Lahaina. There are many shops, restaurants and activities close by.

Perfect beach-front condo

Great View and Location

This place is great for the view of the sunset, beach, ocean, and pool. You even have a water feature in front of the lanai. Loved having shade during high heat. It allowed us to be on the lanai longer.

Fran's property was extremely close to the beach and had beach views from the dining area and the lanai. The beach was never crowded and the sunsets were spectacular! The place was centrally located for everything we wanted to do. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. This was the perfect place to stay for our first time to Maui!

Amazing Piece of Paradise

My husband and I loved every minute staying here. I think it’s the best location to stay on the island. Close to the airport and centrally located to everything we wanted to see, we won’t hesitate to rent this unit again. The amenities were wonderful and it’s literally a two minute walk to the beach and to the pool! Mahalo!

Sugar Beach Resort is beautifully maintained and right on the beach. It is centrally located.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at Fran's Condo. It has a great view of the beach and the pool and is steps away from them. It was a very comfortable home away from home. The kitchen had everything in it that we needed. We loved the long walks on the beach and the beautiful sunsets.

Perfect location to relax

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It's right on the beach and the sunsets are spectacular. We were able to see several whales both from the lanai and from the shore. The property itself is very quiet and clean. The condo had just about everything we needed including beach equipment and towels. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future!

We love staying at Sugar Beach Resort. The property is beautiful and the beach is absolutely wonderful for morning and evening walks. We always love our stay there. This unit was very nice, clean & comfortable. You could see the ocean but not head on like some other units. This had a pool view with ocean behind it. Wonderful stay!

Room 212 perfect location on property

Room 212 is a corner unit so you have 2x the view!!! Ocean and palms in view where ever you choose to sit and relax. Beach just steps away. Tastefull decor, no clutter, clean! Owner and unit manager a pleasure to work with.

Wonderful experience

The condo was very clean and well stocked, we will be back to stay. The view and short walk to the beach was a joy to wake up to every morning. Pool and hot tub was close and well maintained to enjoy daily. We stopped in the office and they were very helpful as to the best sites to see and discounts on all our activities. Thanks so much for a long awaited vacation.

Great Place to stay in Maui!

Fran was very helpful! The Condo was well stocked with anything you needed. All we had to do was stock up on food and Drinks. If you didn’t want to cook no need to. Lots of very good eateries close by. I will definitely book this place again😀

We have been a visitors to the Maui for the last 25 years. On my second visit to Sugar Beach Resort, I knew that it was time for me to purchase my condominium. As long time residents of Santa Cruz, CA., the ocean and beach have always been a major part of my lifestyle.

Why they chose this property

Sugar Beach Resort has all the amenities I desired; wonderful ocean views, gorgeous sunsets and an extremely long stretch of white sandy beach for
walking, jogging or sun bathing.

Located in the middle of the Island, this central location makes it very easy to branch out to other areas of the Island in very little time. There are many restaurants, activities and shopping near by.

What makes this property unique

I have always considered this my second residence (my home away from home) and opened it up to guests so they in turn could enjoy it as much as I do. Of course, I'm very delighted to share my condominium with my returning and new guests. The awesome views, sounds of the ocean and Aloha spirit of Maui await you!
