Cozy Condo on the Canal

A quaint one bedroom condo located on the canal. Great views and great location. The back deck has outdoor table with chairs to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or a meal. You can fish off the small pier and it has a private boat slip. Great view from inside the condo through the sliding glass doors.

I have 3 properties on North Padre Island. I love the beach, so this is why I have my properties on the beach.

What makes this property unique

I want my guests to enjoy a comfortable, squeaky-clean place near the beach. I am very OCD when it comes to the cleanliness of my rentals. I have my rentals cleaned and disinfected as soon as I have a guest check out.
