We enjoyed our stay, could use better couch, chair & bed.TV's had poor reception on Direct TV, fading in and out.We had a lot of crickets, which were very bothersome.Kitchen stuff as needed, was well stock with other supplies. We did use the pool several times and that was very nice.
We would probably stay again it’s in a perfect location for our adult family of 3. We can park our seadoos in the lot and our son can park his car too. The couch bed is what to be expected (uncomfortable). The king bed was fine for my husband and I. The kitchen was full of all the supplies to prepare breakfast and the grocery store is right down the street. The property manager even let us leave our sun tea on the patio for the next day while we were gone on the river. Very sweet of her. In my opinion Everything was terrific for the price!
This property worked really well for our family with young kids. It was close to all of the attractions in the area. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the pool was nice for the kids. We enjoyed our stay a lot.
This place was great. It was quiet, secure and in a friendly area.

Needs a facelift
It was clean but not very well maintained. We were forced to leave 3 days before our contract was up. The bathroom flooded due to a broken pipe and leaky toilet. After some upgrading it is a good place to stay. The owner did refund the days we were inconvenienced
The property is great. The unit not so great. The bed in the room was caved and the closet doors were off the rails, the unit was dark as the window blinds were broken (couldn’t crack blinds) the sofa couch was uncomfortable. The mattress had springs popping through. The garbage disposal didn’t work and the the sink clogged. The restroom needs attention. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have children as the floor is concrete. When wet very slippery.
Great little condo in a quiet building. Condo was very clean and well appointed. Host is very responsive ands accommodating. Perfect size for a couple. We’ll definitely book again.

Needs some deep cleaning
The location was great and the neighborhood very safe. The unit, however, needed a very good cleaning (kitchen cabinets and microwave were sticky to touch) and the bathroom shower was grimy - the shower curtain was stained and torn.
The mostly snowbird community were very welcoming and fun to be with. The vintage layout with pool in the center of the units was perfect. The units (especially the kitchen) are on the smaller side but it worked out fine for the two of us.
I was hesitant to book this property simply because it was so inexpensive but I’m so glad I did. The pool is awesome and it was great to meet the people at this location. Best price in havasu and no disappoints
The location was nice. Rosie was a sweet, kind, knowledgeable gal. The place was clean.

The pool was heated and definitely a plus for this stay. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. Unit was very clean and had all the needed amenities. Was lucky to have found this and would certainly stay again. Very nice property. Rosie the housekeeper was aa delight!
Was looking for a place to stay near main drag with restaurants, and this place is easy walking distance. We were worried about noise because unit is at entrance, but regular renters keep it quiet. Unit was well-appointed and listing is accurately portrayed.
Property is old but is close to downtown so location is good.
Bed was fine and had everything we needed for our two week stay. Grills are nice and parking was easy. Only thing is TV's are small could use a bigger one in living room.

Enjoyed our stay here. Pretty much everything you could need was there. Loved having the pool right outside our door. Lots of parking, close to grocery store. Took the ferry to the casino and walked the Show and Shine on Main Street. Everyone there was very friendly. Appreciated the efforts to return our forgotten camera!

Why they chose this property
I wanted to have a property where I could both enjoy the water and get away from the city or the mountains.
What makes this property unique
Unique to this quit little retro villa is that the people who visit have been coming here for years due to its location, close to downtown events and a 5 minute drive to Rotary Park or London Bridge.
