When bringing a boat or jetski's, follow boat/jetski trailer parking directions from rental agreement.
Loss of pool key or boat parking tag will result in a $100 charge. The rental agreement will have the wifi password and where to find the key.

This is a clean, and complete one bedroom condo with a very helpful owner. If we are in the area again, we will definitely request this location. The condo is centrally located, situated for adults, quiet, and close to everything you would want to do at the lake.

This condo is perfect! It’s very nice, clean and roomy. The furniture is very comfortable and the layout is perfect for a one bedroom condo. The property is in a great location that is walking distance to lots of restaurants, the channel, Rotary Park, and the London Bridge. Hi! My name is Eveline. My husband and I moved to Lake Havasu City in 1994 to start our boat and jet ski rental business which we ran for 25 years! We raised our family in this town and have deep roots. I know this town and the lake better than most and would love to share all of our favorite places to go with you and your loved ones! We now live near Flagstaff, Arizona and enjoy the 4 seasons again! I travel to LHC regularly, an easy drive, to check on the condo.

Our condo not only has its own gated/private pool for its residence, but it is also within walking distance to the lake and channel through the park. Our condo is meticulously kept and cleaned after every single guest. There is a separate area in the complex for Boat parking or RV parking. The complex is private and in a very desirable part of town.
