This magnificent, 5-bedroom, luxurious ski home is 5,254 square feet of pure mountain sanctuary on a one acre wooded lot!

Located in the prestigious Highlands neighborhood in Breckenridge on the Breckenridge Golf Course and Gold Run Nordic Center, and only a short drive to the ski slopes and downtown Breckenridge, this is the perfect year-round vacation home for anyone looking for the ideal mountain getaway!

Once you step foot in this home, you are surrounded by elegance that will exceed your expectations. This spacious and beautifully decorated home has it all!

The main level boasts a great room with a seating area and gas burning fireplace. The kitchen is stunning with granite counter tops, seating for 4 at the massive central island, and Viking appliances that would make any cook’s dream come true! Two dishwashers make clean-up a breeze. There is a separate dining area with seating for 10 guests and a butler’s area for serving the most unforgettable meals. In addition to this fabulous entertaining area, the main level also has a master suite with a king sized bed, gas fireplace, and a bathroom fit for a king and queen. The master bath has a beautiful walk-in shower and a Jacuzzi for those long days on the slopes. This level also has a quiet study with desk and couch in an enclosed loft off the great room and a mud room off the garage with washer and dryer.

The upper level has two bedrooms and a full bathroom with one bedroom containing 1 queen, 1 twin, and a twin bunk bed; and the other bedroom containing 1 queen and 1 twin bed.

The spacious lower level (walk-out) has an entertaining area with a wet bar (including dishwasher and refrigerator), and pool and foosball tables! The seating area is comfort at its best with a stunning moss rock, gas burning fireplace for those cold, snowy nights. Also on this level is a second master suite with a king bed and private full bathroom and a second bedroom with a queen bed and private full bathroom as well.

All of the bedroom windows have room darkening wood shutters, curtains, or blinds.

Enjoy the outside of this home as much as the inside! The beautiful flagstone patio has a large hot tub, outdoor log furniture surrounding a cozy gas fire pit, a picnic table with umbrella, and a gas grill. This home has it all!

This place is amazing for a large family! The layout is awesome, and the game room made for some great family time skemt together. It’s in a great location near downtown Breck, and about 40 min away from Vail. The house had great views, and we would definitely rent here again!

This house is one of those that is better than the pictures...and the pictures are pretty darn good. It has wonderful areas for gathering and chatting. The hot tub was a big hit and the pool table and foosball table were fun. We'd definitely stay there again.

Incredible Stay in Breck

We had an incredible time in Breckenridge and staying in this home made it that much better. It was clean and well-stocked. The heated floors throughout were amazing after a day out in the cold. We had to dig out the firepit out of a few feet of snow but once we did, it was so serene sitting out there next to the fire. If you are considering booking this place, do it. It is perfect for a large group of all ages.

Awesome House Close to Town

We stayed here for a girls weekend in early summer and it was beautiful. The home is very comfortable and has plenty of room to spread out. The fully stocked kitchen was wonderful for cooking meals. We really enjoyed our time. The interior of the home was clean and comfortable. The only negative I can say was that the area around the hot tub was a bit of a mess (we cleaned up cigarette butts and glass from previous guests). But overall we had a good experience and would stay here again.

Beautiful home

Had a three generation family reunion for a few nights. Home is in a lovely location not far from downtown Breck. Layout worked well with each family having a separate level. Kids loved all the board games, particularly Jenga. Nice to have room for ten in the dining room. Outdoor space was a big hit with all. Mindy was an obliging host when I had a special request and concerns about a couple of appliances. Her response was to our complete satisfaction.

Beautiful Property and Great Location

This was a very spacious home with great gathering space for our group of 11. Mindy was great to deal with and very timely in her communication and responsiveness. The cleanliness of the property could have been better and there were a few items that needed repair which were brought to Mindy's attention, I have no doubt these will be resolved for future guests.
