Great Spot!

In town for my daughter’s softball tournament and this house was great. Quiet neighborhood very close to everything. House had plenty of room and very clean. It was very comfortable setting. Would recommend!

Came down for the NYE boot drop. Super close to downtown. 20 min walk or a 5 dollar Uber. Very cute and clean. My girls loved their room.

Best Stay Ever

Best stay I ever had. Dewey was a great host, very friendly and informative. He has done a marvelous job with the property. The enhancements he has made are incredible. New paint, wood trimming throughout, new appliances, tankless water heater, beautiful flooring, upgraded bedding and more. I would like to go back again. And it is a quiet neighborhood, very close to everything in Prescott but in a family kind of neighborhood. I felt very safe and comfortable. Thanks for everything Dewey!

We really enjoyed our stay. This house is located just minutes away from all of the fun in downtown Prescott. The neighborhood has a lot of charm, and was very quiet. Our check in process and communications with the host, were very easy. The house was clean, and is nicely decorated. It has all of the basics that you might need. We would definitely stay here again!

This beautifully appointed, clean, two-bedroom with nice and new amenities is marvelous for a business traveller. On a very quiet street, centrally located, and with great features for both day or nighttime sleeping, this is a place I'm looking forward to returning to.
