Stunning 2 bedroom remodeled apartment in the heart of Cascade, IA. Located in downtown Cascade, only steps away from bars, restaurants, bakery and coffee shop.
Living Space: Over 1,000 square feet of living space. This listing is located on the 2nd floor above 2 businesses.
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, smart tv and walk in closet--Bedroom 2 has a queen and full size bed, smart tv and walk in closet. If additional sleeping is needed a blow up mattress and pack n' play are available upon request.
Indoor Living: Cozy living room, smart tv, large dining table and chairs.
Kitchen: The kitchen includes a full sized fridge with an ice maker, dishwasher, range and microwave. It is fully equipped with kitchen basics, coffee maker and toaster.
General: Central air and heat, washer and dryer available in unit, public street parking on main street (there is also a public parking lot across the street if needed). This is a family owned apartment with a secure entrance.
We are in the last phase of our remodel and putting on the finishing touches. TVs will be mounted and new bedding is coming soon. Photos will be updated soon.

The apartment was conveniently located; bright, clean, and comfortable. The newness of the well appointed furnishings combined with the charm of a classic “Main Street” building made for a wonderful combination. Second floor, street-front views provided a welcoming atmosphere for us to visit this charming community and we definitely enjoyed the accommodations. Would definitely stay her again and highly recommend the host for attention to detail, communication, and hospitality.
Everything was as expected. Nick was responsive to an inquiry. Great location.

This is an excellent place to stay in a very pretty Iowa countryside!! Exceptionally clean, everything we needed for our 2 day stay. Excellent dining choices within walking! Nick responded quickly to our questions. Highly recommend vrbo property! Great stay!
I was in town visiting my son who goes to college in Dubuque.The apartment was just as described. Perfect for my brief stay. I needed a late check out and they were able to accommodate with no problem. Would definitely stay here again.
The location is excellent. It is right next to a topnotch local coffee shop. A bar and Godfathers Pizza is directly across the street.This is a newly remodeled place and it is great, one of the best that I have stayed in. It is very roomy, well furnished and quiet. There was no issue with parking on the street in front of the place.
We had a great stay, super clean & nice accommodations; very friendly, upkept town; floated nearby river; delicious breakfast on main st; awesome concert at county fair. Hope to return with our family sometime.
We had family in town for my nephew’s graduation and the place was perfect for us to come and go from. It was in close proximity to the high school and graduation party. Plenty of space too!

It was a nice central location for our traveling needs in the area. The physical property was clean, nicely remodeled and spacious. We highly recommend this proerty.
Our family is all in Cascade and we went to visit for a reunion. This place was perfect!
It was so clean. Having 2 bedrooms with great beds to sleep in was nice.
It is located right on Main Street across from Happy Joe’s Pizza and our favorite place, Thr Taproom.
Very nice place, everything is new and updated. Close to Dyersville, we were in town for a baseball tournament.There was a bad storm that went through with tornado warnings and Nick checked in on us to make sure we were safe and that we had power. We were also able to check in an hour early which was very nice. Nick was responsive to my messages. Would definitely stay here again.
Lovely 1 level wlakup, contemporary 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of a little town. Most everything (food, bars, coffee and antiques) are within steps of the the front door. Just the perfect location in lieu of a hotel.
Effortless! Communication was quick and clear. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and offered what you need. The town was so very welcoming and offered lots of options for eating out and relaxing. The drive to Dubuque was so easy. We highly recommend this place.
