Newly updated house that is ~1 min walk (0.5 block) from the beach!

Under 6 miles from Murrell’s Inlet and Myrtle Beach State Park, ~2 miles from The Pier at Garden City, and ~ 8 miles from Myrtle Beach International Airport.

Over 2,100 sq ft and sleeps up to 12 people! 4 HDTVs with live TV channels, high-speed wifi, private pool (non-heated), free parking, and outdoor seating. Linens (i.e. bed sheets, pillows, comforters, towels) are provided!

Private hot tub available from November - April.

Minimum age to rent: 25 years of age

This beautiful beach house is owned and managed by us – there is no middle man. When you reach out, you will be talking directly with us!

The dining area seats nine. Six can gather around the table, and three more can sit at the adjacent breakfast bar. On the other side of the kitchen island is the well-equipped kitchen. New appliances, pots and pans, tableware, and regular coffee maker complete the kitchen.

There is also a small, outdoor charcoal grill available for your use.

✩ Top Floor has Three Bedrooms:
- #1: Queen Bed, ensuite Full Bathroom
- #2: King Bed, ensuite jack-and-jill bathroom
- #3: Two Queen Beds
✩ There is 1 additional sleeper sofa (Queen size) on main floor

Additional Details:
✩ CLEANING: We take cleaning and sanitizing very seriously. Our cleaners have been vetted to ensure that enhanced cleaning protocols are being performed.

✩ PARKING: Four vehicles can fit in the private driveway.

✩ ACCESS: The front door has an electronic lock. You will be provided the door code at least 48 hours before arrival.

✩ BABY GEAR: We have a pack n' play, high chair, and baby gate available for use. There is no crib - just one pack n' play.

✩ CHECK IN/OUT: We do not offer late check out or early check in. Late check outs without permission accrue a $50 charge every 30min.

This is a non-smoking house. If you smoke inside the house, you will be charged $500 plus the increase in cleaning fee and any damages.

Pet fee: Only dogs are allowed by pre-approval only. We charge a $100 fee (includes tax) per dog. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and must be house-trained. When left at the property alone, dogs must be confined (i.e. in a crate) when left at the property alone. The pet fees are due separately within 48 hours of booking.

The location of the house is perfect! Just a short walk to the beach and a great area to walk. We were within 1o-15 minutes to Murrells Inlet depending on traffic. I would highly recommend this location!

We loved our stay here! We were within walking distance to the beach, which was very convenient with our 3 kids. The beach chairs, wagon, beach towels, etc that were provided was very convenient as well. We loved that it was pet friendly and accommodated our family well. The beds were comfortable and everyone enjoyed the stay. We will definitely come back.

Very nice property! Nice open layout for family to gather. Great location- 3 houses from the beach! Perfect for young children that needed naps. Swimming pool was also a hit! Provided lots of supplies (and a wagon) needed for the beach which was very helpful as we traveled from different states to meet. Made going to the beach so enjoyable!

Great Home and Location

Beautiful home steps from the beach! We found the home to be just as described. Nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings. It was too early to use the unheated pool but everyone loved the hot tub! The large covered deck was great when it rained. Loved the palmetto trees too! We had a great visit.

Heaven Sent!

We absolutely loved this home! Super clean, amenities were great and location was superb!! The best thing was the spacious home and the teenage boys loved having their own area. The kids also loved the hot tub and were constantly chilling. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!!

Great holiday week beach visit

This was our second time staying at Heaven Sent and it again suited our needs for family members coming and going during the week. Grandparents stayed downstairs with the full bath, and our daughters had plenty of room with adjoining bedrooms and a shared bath upstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed to make several meals. Our dogs loved the fenced in back yard and spent time lying in the sun on the back deck. Walks on the beach were just a block away. We love the vibe of Surfside and will definitely be back.

Dog friendly but smells like dog pee!

The location is awesome but the downstairs smelled like dog pee was soaked into the furniture and carpet. I tried to use disinfectant but the smell was so gross we left a night early.

Fantastic house!

We had the best time staying at “heaven sent” and were sad to go! The house was incredibly clean and comfortable for our 7 adult, 2 children stay. Walkable to restaurants and extremely close to the beach just one block away! The deck and bottom patio were great for gathering and cooking out and the pool was a great reprieve from the beach. Would definitely stay again! Thank you for for having us :)

We loved our stay

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful beach house. It was clean, comfortable, and decorated beautifully. It seemed to have everything you would need (kitchen supplies, towels, bedding, beach items etc). Loved the fenced in back yard. It was convenient to everything and in a very family-friendly area. Owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. We did not want to leave!!

Perfect Winter Getaway

Heaven Sent was a great fit for the Winter getaway we were looking for. Close to the beach for long walks, a relaxing hot tub, and a very spacious and well appointed home. The kitchen had everything we needed. When we didn’t feel like cooking, we hit the fun restaurants just a short walk away. Chelsea and Dan were quick to respond to questions and were very helpful. Hope to return next year!
