This is an Adorable and completely renovated unit, part of a fourunit building with new tile floor, interior walls, doors and furniture. $50,000 in recent renovations including a totally new bathroom and a new kitchen with designer cabinets, quartz counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. All windows and doors have been replaced with large picture frame windows in the front providing magnificent views of the beach. First floor unit with beach access just 25 yards from front door. The condo is so tastefully done, beautiful kitchen and so comfortable to be in! The owners are warm and friendly to communicate with. The warmth transfers to this little abode as well. We had a great time!

A place in the sun

so relaxing! You can hear the waves and see the ocean from the front door. The beach was great. The town is super chill, everyone is nice.
