Located in the sought-after Villas of St. George, this charming beachfront townhome offers unobstructed views of the Gulf, direct access to the beach via a private boardwalk over the dunes, and no roads to cross—just steps from the sand.

Enjoy stunning views of the Gulf, the community pool, and the manicured tropical grounds right from your private decks off the living room (2nd floor) and master bedroom (3rd floor). Please note: there is no elevator in the unit.

Inside, you'll find a bright, beachy interior with thoughtful touches throughout. The home features:

The condo was perfect for us, creating a space for our magical family vacation to SGI. Everything we needed was already there and the beds were super comfy when we fell asleep after long days at the beach, pool, lighthouse and ice cream shop! The closeness to everything can’t be beat!!

4th trip!

Excellent location, walking distance to almost everything. Great views! Perfect spot for being in the middle of it all. Only drawback was the parking. About half the time, there weren’t enough spaces and we had to find somewhere to park. I assume this was due to the rented golf carts in spaces which is no fault of the owner. We’d definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is located in a building with only 2 other units and a complex with only 42 units total. We love the view of the ocean from the deck off the living room and the bedroom. The beach is beautiful and what sold us on St. George is the Old Florida atmosphere and the lack of crowds on the beach and at the pool. We have comfortable furnishings and the best cleaning crew on the island!
