This review is based on a one month stay of my wife and me. We were in town babysitting our grandson. Please keep that perspective in mind when reading this.
Host: very responsive; we requested hooks in the entryway and bathroom (there was no place to hang coats or towels when we arrived). They installed two towel hooks in the bathroom within 48 hours. Host was responsive to all questions prior to and during the visit.
Apartment:
- Very clean; all “hardwood” laminate floors, so no carpets to deal with
- Furnishings are VERY sparse. In the TV / Living Room, there is a (not very comfortable) couch and chaise, an ottoman, a chair and a coffee table. In the kitchen, there is a 30” square table and 3 plastic chairs. In each bedroom there are two 24” square endtables.

o Bare minimum of cooking equipment and utensils (4 forks, 4 knives, etc)
o There were no condiments, such as salt/pepper
- Washer/Dryer
o Excellent – worked well.
- Bedrooms:
o Initially, there were no dressers or anywhere to put clothing. However, the host did put in a small 2-drawer dresser in each bedroom. One of the bedrooms has a small, shallow closet that does not accommodate full size hangers. The other bedroom has a deeper closet.
o Mattresses are new, hard IKEA mattresses. They were hard enough that we ordered a mattress pad for the bed we were sleeping in
o Outlets: in one of the bedrooms, there were no outlets near the head of the bed. I ordered a power str
