Today, April 18, 2026 I checked the availability and rent of other units in Avian Forest and Green Haven and this unit total price is $ 475.00 more or less than the next lowest price and $650.00 less that many.
Read the reviews and look at the pictures.. This unit is priced to rent to outstanding guests.

My research indicates, as well as our marketing plan, that our rental is below the market even for standard quality and this unit exceeds standard several times as evidenced by the reviews. When comparing prices please take the time to get the "all in "price and do not rely on the published rent price alone.

This is a true owner renting to guests and almost always, if not always is less than a property manager adding on fees.

We have been involved in short term beach rentals at Litchfield Beach Pawleys for more than twenty years
.We appreciate your reviewing the calendar before making an inquiry and the reason for that is that scammers ask if the unit is still available; we normally do not respond to those inquiries without first checking with VRBO to determine if it is a legitimate inquiry.

. This property is located about three-fourths of a mile from the gate into the prestigious resort, Litchfield by the Sea which is your ocean front access... plenty of parking, decking, chairs, rest rooms and walkways to the beautiful sandy beach.

Beautiful yet comfortable - professionally designed, 4 bedroom, 3 bath 2nd floor condo with two balconies. This unit has cathedral ceilings units in the living area and master bedroom and the units were designed for permanent living and hence spacious. Kitchen is well-equipped.

Floor plan and furnishings have been designed to accommodate an array of guests:
1. Families with children and their friends
2. Family with grandparents, cousins, aunts and uncles
3. Two families with children
4. Two or more senior couples
5. Golfers ( four bedrooms)

Come enjoy Marriott accommodations at Motel 6 rates. You will not be disappointed-- please read the reviews from previous guests and the $ 500 or more you saved on the weekly rate go to fine dining.
Enjoy the well-appointed living area the large flat screen TV, Wi-fi.

Each bedroom has a TV as well. The master has an en suite bath and a king- size bed and the other 2 bedrooms have a king and and the fourth bedroom has two standard size beds and share a bath with one of the king size bedrooms
One of the other king size bedrooms also has direct entrance to the bath which also serves as a powder room. Coffee on the balcony will power start your day and have you ready for an exciting evening on the town )Don't forget the $500 plus you saved) And an adult drink at twilight or before will enhance that which follows.
This unit price has been substantially discounted from what appears as the going fair market rental amount.
Our market plan is to offer exceptional accommodations with an expectation of your being a guest at a later time as well.

Beware of ads stating limited time for some high per cent discount... by and large it is simply the normal rate for that particular season.

Wi-FI is provided without charge. A pass will be ready for you upon arrival at the gate into the resort. Litchfield by the Sea and you may come and go there as often as you like while enjoying the oceanfront Beach Club which has parking very close at hand. Tennis courts, fishing in the lakes and walking paths are there for your pleasure without charge.
