This is a delightful ski-in/ski-out two-bedroom home with plenty of space and a great location in the town of Telluride.
Guests enter this three-story home on the ground level, which has a one-car garage and private laundry facilities.
The second story of this home includes two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and its own private bathroom. The first bedroom features a small corner sink and a step-in shower, while the second offers a full-size shower/tub combination with a sink located just outside the bathroom door. Additionally, a loft with two twin beds is located above the kitchen and accessed via steep wall-mounted steps. Due to the incline, the loft is not suitable for small children.
The third story of the home is the bright and airy living space with vaulted ceilings. The living room has a gas fireplace, double futon, flatscreen TV, Roku, DVD player and a small balcony with mountain and ski slope views. The adjacent dining room has seating for six. There are an additional two stools at the breakfast bar, which is open to the kitchen. The kitchen has granite counters, a coffeemaker, blender, microwave, dishwasher and all of the utensils needed to complete any meal. There is also a powder room on this level.
Located in the town of Telluride, this home offers easy access to the River Trail and Valley Floor. Ski-in/ski-out access is available when Lift #7 is open, as the chairlift is located directly next to the property. *Home Truths:* - Double Diamond has a complex hot tub overlooking the ski area. - This complex is on the free in-town bus route, too. - There is no A/C at this property. - We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates. - Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

We really enjoyed this property. It was clean, had all the conveniences we needed and ended up being a wonderful refuge from the cold weather - we especially loved the cozy fireplace!

We had a great stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The property management company was excellent and made sure our stay was comfortable. We are looking forward to visiting again next year!
What a smooth vacation! Check in process was clear and easy, and the property was fantastic. The townhouse was steps from the slopes, and so was the hot tub!
The property was clean and well-appointed. The only drawback of the condo is the bathrooms are very small. Overall it was exactly what we were looking for. The determining factor for us booking the condo was its proximity to the nearest lift, so it hit the mark! The boot and glove dryer in the garage was an outstanding surprise. I drive a Chevy Colorado and it did not fit in the garage so be aware of that fact. We would definitely stay again.
