Welcome to Lulu City 48, an AvantStay home!
This two-bedroom condo is located just 100 yards from Lift #7 in the Lulu City Condominiums and offers plenty of space and a great mountain vibe.
Guests enter this home up one flight of exterior stairs and are welcomed into an inviting open living space. The living room has a massive sectional sofa, flatscreen TV with Roku, and double doors leading to a deck that overlooks the ski area.
The dining room and kitchen are located adjacent to the living room and offer plenty of space for guests to spread out. The dining room sits up to eight and has a small sitting area with a couch that is also a queen sleeper sofa. The dining room is open to the kitchen, which has an electric stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, spice rack, and all utensils needed to cook any meal. A private stackable washer and dryer are located in the kitchen closet.
Down the hallway are two bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, and ensuite bathroom with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bunk bed in the same space, as well as an ensuite bathroom that is also accessible from the hallway. The bathroom has a step-in steam shower with two showerheads and single vanity.

*Home Truths:* - Notice: The Lulu City pool and hot tub are closed from Oct.6th, 2023 until Wednesday, November 22, 2023. - There is no A/C at this property. - Please note that the pool, hot tub, and grill area are not open year-round. These amenities are closed during the off-season months of April, May, October, and November. - We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates. - Please note the Lulu city Pool and hot tub will be closed from Thursday, April 6th through Wednesday, May 24, 2023. The barbeque and fire pit will remain open. - Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
Parking Details: Only one vehicle is allowed for free parking.
A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair are available upon request.
All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Clean and spacious. We cooked all our meals so plenty of equipment and plates for 7. Beautiful days with lift 7 across the street. There was no ski down on the town side while we were here. That would have been sweet! Steam shower was a nice surprise. Overall a great stay.

This was my second stay at LuLu City but in different units each time. The condo is beautiful, well kept, clean, well stocked, close to everything. I would stay again anytime.
This was a great stay for our group of six. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Short walk (2 blocks) to lift and a short walk to downtown.

great location
close to the walking path that goes through Telluride and also close to Clarks Market and the main street going through town. Most restaurants and the gondola are an easy walk in the beautiful fall weather we had. Most areas were clean, but the cover on the hide-a-bed was not clean.

This was not an issue with the property but Our challenge was the parking in Telluride so good to have a plan to maneuver the limited parking if you have more than one car .

We (my wife and I and our two adult children) had a wonderful time in Telluride and in Lulu City 4B. There was plenty of room for the four of us, and it was in a fantastic location. We were maybe two blocks from Lift 7, which made getting on and off the slopes very easy. We also were able to walk everywhere during our trip -- Telluride is that easy to get around.The AvantStay team was fantastic -- we got text entry instructions while we were still driving into town, so we were able to get right into the unit. They were able to answer all our questions, and when the coffee maker leaked all over the first morning, we texted about it and had a brand new machine in our unit within the hour.We would definitely return to Telluride and Lulu City!

The place was meant to be close enough to walk everywhere and big enough. Our group of friends were out all day doing activities and just needed a place to come back to to play games and sleep. The place was perfect for that.
