A gas fireplace, Roku streaming, a Blu-ray DVD player, and games make nights in feel easy after a day outside.
The kitchen keeps meals simple, with granite countertops, updated appliances, ample cookware, and the essentials needed for breakfast before the mountain or dinner after a long hike. A breakfast bar seats four, while the adjacent dining table seats up to eight, giving everyone space to gather without crowding the living room.
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms keep the layout practical for families or small groups. The primary suite features a California king bed, a newer mattress, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination, an oversized soaking tub, a custom tile surround, and a granite vanity. The second bedroom offers two double beds, while the hallway bathroom includes a step-in steam shower with custom stone tile. A private stacked washer and dryer, WiFi, hallway gear storage, and a ski locker just outside the unit add convenience throughout the stay. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
