Perfectly located and comfortable, this two bedroom, two bath condominium is in the heart of everything,, within walking distance to the gondola,station in the town of Telluride, 4 blocks to the Town Park and Music festival grounds and right next to the river trail.

It features an equipped kitchen, a large master bedroom with a memory foam king bed, private second bedroom with a queen and a twin bed, and a memory foam queen sleeper in the living room. Great access to all of Telluride's attractions, and it's affordability make this a perfect choice.
Included in our competitive rate is a parking spot on ground level in the covered garage
Ski storage is in a locker on the ground floor.

It is one block from the gondola and 2 blocks from main street. You won't find a better value with this location. No car needed. Spectacular views of mountains and ski gondola.

No pets are allowed on the premises.

The unit was clean and comfortable. It had great views of the mountains and was very close to the gondola. Great location. The host was helpful with suggesting activities as the mountain was closed to skiing while we were there due to ski patrol strike.

Perfect location for our ski vacation

Our family of 5 had an amazing time in Telluride. The condo location was perfect, about 50 yards to the gondola and walkable to downtown restaurants and bars.

Amazing Location

Condo was an amazing location. One block from the gondola, one block to the market, ski rentals (for those that need) next door.Has everything you need for a great vacation. First time staying in town (have stayed in Mountain Village probably 10 times) and really enjoyed it.

Perfect Telluride Town Stay

Really convenient location! Super close to the gondola and just blocks to anywhere you would want to go in the town of Telluride. Property manager communication was excellent and very accommodating. Property is as described. Already planning to return to Telluride and this property.

Great place to stay, communicative host

Spiral Stairs was a great place to stay. Location is ideal. Although there's a garage, you certainly don't need a car. The host, Denise, was exceptionally communicative and respectful. The space is large for 3-4 people (can certainly fit more). Up close mountain views.

Very convenient location. 2 minute walk to the gondola. Right next door to several good bars and restaurants and short walk to everything else. Condo very comfortable and reasonably spacious. Only negative is some noise outside the master bedroom from some of the more enthusiastic patrons at the nearby bars late at night

BEST THING ABOUT THIS CONDO IS LOCATION, WE WALKED EVERYWHERE! IF YOUR GOING FOR THE SKIING YOU COULDN'T ASK FOR A BETTER PLACE. THE PLACE WAS A LITTLE SMALL FOR OUR FAMILY OF 5 (3 LARGE TEENAGE BOYS) BUT IT WAS CLEAN.

Perfect stay for our family! 1 block to main gondola, close to everything!!!

Great place! Small, but perfect for a family of 4. Very clean and has all the amenities needed for the 4 days we were there. Definitely need spare towels for the showers, but besides that everything was in order. Internet was too slow to run the Apple TV so we had to create a hotspot from our phones every night. Not sure if tenant can do anything about that, but maybe adding basic cable would be nice to be able to watch TV without using our phones as a hotspot. Loved our stay!

Perfect Condo! Amazing Location

Our stay could not have been more perfect. I visited with two other women that I have been skiing with for 30 years. Denise was very thorough and quick to respond. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy a few homemade dinners plus it is only a block or two away from some of Telluride’s best restaurants, ski rentals, shopping and gondola. The walls are covered with fun artwork. I wish we had an extra day. I hope to be back.

Easy ski/board access apartment

Great location! A short block to the Gondola in town and the 8 lift. A few blocks from main street, 3 minute walk. Apartment was comfortable. Has everything you could need in terms of kitchen items. Locker on main floor is great for leaving equipment in every night. Check in and out was very easy. Denise was quick to answer and accommodating. Few cons: parking garage spot included which is great, the garage is very small and if you have a large car slightly difficult to park in if full. The back room, with 2 beds in it does not have heat vent in that room, so a little chillier at night. Front room heat blasts and is very hot. Temperature control slightly challenging. There was a smell of cigarettes' on some of the towels and sheets. This is by no fault of Denise, but something we did have to deal with, as it seems a prior guest may have been a smoker. Overall if you want a quick, easy place to stay to go shredding every day, this is a great find.
