Host was not attentive prior to arrival to any question or request. Hot tub nor pool was functional. Didn’t have basics like toilet paper or TV remote controls. Shower was clogged and uncleanly.

Property needs care, but clean and ready

The home is large, but in this price range we did not expect so many troubles (e.g., no batteries in TV remote/we went and purchased batteries; sounding bell with every glass of water due to expired filter, both electric locks on front/back were dead so one day we had to leave the home unlocked in order to make our appt. elsewhere, front door needs paint job, peeling/expired dining/kitchen chairs, pool side chairs and hot tub cover need replacing, and so on). Mngmt tried to be responsive and suggested there might be things like batteries in kitchen drawer, there were not and to update door locks we would have needed a screw driver. Lots of towels, though, great location, and clean property.
