Why they chose this property
Gainey Ranch is a peaceful oasis– a gated community that has many nice walking and biking paths. If you love walks, tennis, golf, pickleball, or hikes, you're in the right spot! You have convenient access to Scottsdale Rd nearby. You are a quick 10 minute drive to Scottsdale Fashion Square, Old Town, Scottsdale Quarter, and Kierland shopping areas. The 101 and 51 freeway are close by.

We absolutely love interior design, and put a lot of thought into making the space special. While this is not our permanent residence, we have also lived at this home before.
