Charming 2-room apartment in an architect's house from 1960 in the heart of Bad Harzburg. Quiet and close to town, the golf course nearby. Stylish and high quality furnishings. Own train across the terrace into the living room. Recently renovated.
The living room is comfortably furnished. They look directly into the fenced garden.
The sofa can be transformed into a fully fledged bed, 80 x 200 cm.
We are happy to assist the guests with words and deeds.
In the spa town we are obliged to charge a guest contribution of 2 Euro per person per night, which you pay in cash upon arrival.

Sehr schöne FeWo und sehr netter Vermieter -

Unser Winterurlaub in Bad Harzburg in einer sehr schönen FewO wird uns in guter Erinnerung bleiben. Vom Buchen bis zum Verlassen der FeWo war alles 1A. Die Bilder entsprachen genau der Beschreibung. Die Vermieterin war bestens vorbereitet und so war der Aufenthalt einfach entspannend. Sehr zu empfehlen. Keine Kritikpunkte. Danke.

Kleine Winterreise

Leider waren die Sitzmöbel im Wohnzimmer durchgesessen und die Wohnung war für unsere Begriffe zu dunkel. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bett war bequem. Lage sehr ruhig.

Sehr schade im Nachhinein! Ich hätte sofort andere Sitzmöbel am Esstisch zur Verfügung gestellt, sie sind antik, wenn ich darauf während des Aufenthaltes hingewiesen worden wäre. Das Bettsofa hat eine sehr feste Matratze. Die Wohnung hat große Fenster. Sie liegt jedoch im Erdgeschoss und das Grundstück ist von etwas größeren Bäumen umgeben... Ich bin immer um Zufriedenheit der Gäste bemüht. Daher bitte ich darum, etwaige Missstände sofort anzusprechen. Bestimmt findet sich in den meisten Fällen eine Lösung.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und perfekt für zwei Personen mit Hund. Die Fußgängerzone ist fußläufig erreichbar und die Umgebung bietet viele sehenswerte Ziele. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Kurztrip Harz

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Bad Harzburg. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung und die Lage war ideal, um Tagestouren anzugehen. Tipps und Anregungen für Unternehmungen liegen im Haus parat, aber auch Bad Harzburg selbst hat schöne Anlaufstellen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, denn es gibt noch mehr zu entdecken.

Perfekte Woche in Bad Harzburg

Ruhige Lage. Mit Garten und Strandkorb. Schöne Wohnung. Tolles Badezimmer. In der Küche fehlten ein großer Topf und eine große Bratpfanne. Sonst alles vorhanden.

Unterkunft und Umgebung

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Der eigene Garten mit dem Strandkorb war toll zum Ausruhen. Bis zur Stadtmitte braucht es zu Fuß nur ca. 10 Minuten. Auch bis zum Baumwipfelpfad braucht man nicht lang. Generell kann man in der Umgebung viel unternehmen, besonders mit Kindern.

Schöne Fewo in ruhiger Lage

Wir sind schon zum zweiten Mal Gast in dieser sehr gut ausgestatteteten Ferienwohnung. Es ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Alltag benötigt. Der eingezäunte Garten ist ideal für unsere Hündin. Im Herbst kommen wir wieder!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wie schon die Fotos zeigten, ist diese Wohnung sehr gemütlich und dazu hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin hat sogar an Dinge, wie z. B. einen langen Schuhanzieher, Kerzen und liebevoll ausgesuchtes Geschirr gedacht. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit im Harz!

Schönes Feriendomizil in idealer Lage

Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Alltag benötigt. Trotz der sehr angenehmen, ruhigen Lage ist die Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Rundum Perfekt

Ein wunderschönes Feriendomizil in besonders ruhiger Lage, dennoch alle notwendigen Geschäfte Fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlte an Nichts und und es war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Für uns als Wanderfreunde war es auch mit Hund sehr angenehm auch in der Organisation der kleinen notwendigen Hundespaziergänge. Der eigene kleine Garten mit Terrasse ist ein besonderes Highlight. Vielen vielen Dank ..... wir kommen wieder!!!
