View, views VIEWS!!! Enjoy the calm and privacy of the sound with ocean peeks and beach access only a minute down the road. This new construction offers six balconies four bedrooms, three full, one half bath and one outside shower. All of the appliances in the fully outfitted kitchen are brand new!

We do have baby gear, highchair, pack n play, some toys. Guests are responsible for cleaning gear prior to check out. $100 fee is applicable otherwise
All trash must be thrown away in the garbage cans! Excessive garbage will incur a fee for removal and disposal! Please be courteous! $20 per bag fee!

Great location and beautiful home!

We had a great 5 day stay at this close to the beach location (about 2-3 minute walk to beach). Owners were so helpful and quick to respond when needed. The home was beautiful!

Amazing

Me and my friends had an absolutely amazing time here. It was close to the beach, close to surrounding coffee shops and restaurants and not far from inland stores either. The house was better than pictured and so comfortable for the amount of people we had. I would die to sit on that couch again, I’m so serious! Will definitely be rebooking for my next friends trip!

Wow!

Our stay at this home was perfect! The house was clean, comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed for a perfect visit! The walk to the beach was easy and the outdoor shower was a dream! We especially enjoyed the Margaritaville drink machine. Our family had a great time and would happily choose this house for our next visit to Topsail! Thank you, Justin and Ashley!

The spacious common area allows for feasting around a large table and a comfortable seating arrangement to relax in front of a 65” TV, or simply enjoy the company of loved ones in the farmhouse coastal décor.
Fishing off the pier, sunrise breakfast with ocean peeks, long beach walks and breathtaking sunsets over the sound can all be apart of your agenda while staying in this magnificent home.
The first level is covered parking for vehicles and there is an extended driveway.
On the second level is a bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom, TV and private balcony overlooking the sound. There is a second room with a queen bed and a TV. Adjacent is a room with a full-over-full bunk bed. These two rooms share a balcony. There is also a full bathroom with double sinks on this floor.
On the third floor is a beautiful and functional, updated kitchen with a balcony, perfect for sunrise breakfasts. The dining and living area easily accommodate a house full of people in comfort and style. A further dining and lounging area can be found on the balcony, off of the living room with breathtaking views of the Intercoastal Waterway.
The fourth floor is the master suite. Complete with bed, TV, full bath, two balconies and a separate area. The full bathroom includes a soaking tub, shower, double sink and separate toilet room.
You don’t want to miss the opportunity to stay in this incredible home.
