Quick stay in Cairo
Aly, the owner, was a great host. He quickly responded to our needs and questions and wanted to ensure we had an excellent time. Great location for all the sightseeing we had planned. Lots of ample space for our group. Would highly recommend!

It is called New Cairo for a reason
Huge, spectacular place in New Cairo! This is out to the east of Central Cairo. It's a sleepy suburb that is very safe, our teenage boys got a kick out of walking to the local stores. Whenever you want the craziness and attractions of Cairo, you just hop in a taxi.
The house itself is very well laid out and very spacious. The grounds are fully walled as well so our big family could really spread out and relax both inside and outside.
The owner was extremely helpful and friendly and communicated very well on any issue that arose.
Final tip: use Talabat App. Once we started getting too-notch food delivered to the house almost for feee, we could really relax and enjoy.

Maison luxueux que de l’extérieur…
L’annonce décrit la maison comme une « Super Luxurious Villa » mais elle n’a de luxueux que son apparence extérieure.
Nous y avons séjourné 5 jours à 16 amis (8 adultes et 8 enfants). La maison était ni prête ni propre en arrivant. Pas de linge de maison digne de ce nom (draps de dessous uniquement, pas de torchons, minuscules serviettes de bain). Pas de minimum d’accueil (pas un rouleau de PQ dans les WC, pas de produits détergents, pas d’eau dans la bonbonne, pas de savon dans les lave-mains). Cuisine crasseuse, vaisselle manquante ou sale, poêles carbonisées, dressings et placards pleins de poussière. La maison ne semble pas entretenue. Description non conforme (4 salles de bain et non 8, pas de bains à remous ni spa, pas d’aire de jeux, pas de TV utilisables, pas d’ustensiles aussi variés en cuisine). La maison est immense mais rien n’est fait pour 16 (couverts manquants, 10 chaises pour dîner, 8 chaises d’extérieur et 1 minuscule table pour les repas dehors).
Nous n’avons vraiment pas la même notion du luxe.

I am really sorry and very disappointed to hear all of these issues from the big family that we have looked after them and provided everything they needed even if not included to be provided.
Firstly, as per their request, we provided a bus to tansfer from the airport to the villa.
The flight was delayed by more than 3 hours in which I had to pay the waiting time to the company from my own pocket and not to even mention to them.
I am more than sure that the villa was spot clean during the guest arrival.
Beds contained sheets, pillows with pillow case, coverlets, and blankets. I really don't know what else needed for the bed?
Big numbers of small and big towels have been provided upon the guests request although towels are not included to be provided.
Bathroom supplies like toilet rolls and soap are also provided straightaway upon their request although they are not included to be provided as well.
Also, we provided extra plates, knives, forks and spoons upon the guests request in very little time.
Our kitchens are very clean with all the kitchen equipment.
Also, we never mention anywhere that our swimming pool is heated.
There are 4 Flat screen smart TV in the ground, first floor and snooker room.
Bathrooms are definitely 8 bathrooms as follow:
1 Bathroom in the basement same place of the washing machine.
2 Bathrooms in the ground floor.
4 Bathrooms attached to the bedrooms in the first floor.
1 Bathroom in the snooker room in the roof.
The villa is surrounded by gardens and greens for children to play.
The guests even refused to pay for the electricity charges, therefore we let them to pay very small amount about 20% of the cost.
Apart from all of that, I took them by my own car to look for a liquor store to buy some beer and wine.
I really don't know what else I could do to make the guest happy.
To be quite honest, I can assure anybody that the guest statement is totally untrue and misleading.
