Covered outdoor patio with dining table; as well as open veranda with lounge furniture perfect for your quiet morning coffee. Private heated/chilled pool and dock with electric, fresh water, fish cleaning station and bait freezer. Short 10 minute boat ride to Atlantic or Gulf. "Catch your bait on the way out". Two King Beds, One Queen, One a Double, and One Twin. Plenty of off Street Parking. Room for boat trailer. 1 mile to Sombrero Beach, Grocery Shopping and Restaurants.
