Why they chose this property
Just a few steps to the Ocean with great views and Plenty of Privacy. 2 Story Building with 6 Units. Total of Nine (9) Bed rooms and Seven (7) Bath rooms. Main House has the Balcony with Ocean View and the San Juan Peninsula. Court yard makes great area for gathering. All Units have full Baths and kitchen. There are 22 beds and multiple sofa beds. All smart televisions are installed in each bedrooms and main living rooms. Walking distance to the Ferry that takes passengers to Old San Juan. Strong WIFI & Water reserve with Hot water to all Showers. This spacious compound is perfect for a huge family or large group looking to stay together and yet have separation if needed. There are 3 king beds and 4 queen beds, along with 11 Full beds, 4 Singles and four Sofa beds and couches. Every room is comfortably air conditioned to keep you cool during these tropical summer months. The house is equipped with smart tvs along with free WI-Fi. ( SUBSCRIPTION NOT INCLUDED).
