We had a fantastic experience staying at this property. The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. The location was convenient, with easy access to shops/restaurants etc. Communication with the host was smooth and professional—she was always responsive and helpful. I felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay, and everything I needed was provided. I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable place to stay. Check in was easy. Location okay. I wouldn’t say it’s a walkable area. Don’t be surprised with lots of noise at night. Pictures look better than in person... just not as kept up. Beds were comfortable.

The house was a good launching pad for our time in Puerto Rico. We were thankful for the air conditioning in the sleeping areas during a hot and humid June! Mayra was very responsive when we had questions. We enjoyed being able to use the grill (although the oven never did work during our stay) and having the coolers and beach chairs made our beach time even better.

A perfect home base for our trip!

Communication was excellent. We had a bunch of questions before arrival and we always heard back quickly. Mayra met us upon arrival, have us a tour and answered any questions. The house was set up perfectly for our group of 7 women on a girls getaway. The central pool area was where we spent most of our time. The sleeping areas were nice and cool and apart from living space, so no worries if someone wanted to sneak off to bed. Having beach chairs and beach towels at the house was great, as well as the washer and dryer. Central location made getting an Uber super easy, which was great since we did not rent a car. A wonderful trip-We already miss our home away from home!

An Amazing Get A Way

We had a group of 11 of us and we had plenty of room, the layout is awesome, we're a 5 minute walk from a beautiful, safe beach and the owner and manager were very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Girls trip

The house and pool were amazing. The hosts got right back to us all the time. The nearby beach was beautiful. The rooster was the only issue for sleeping but we realize that is not the hosts fault.

Perfect getaway

Had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was clean and the amenities were better than expected. The water stopped briefly, but was fixed within the hour. Really appreciated the hospitality and thoughtful of Juan and Mayra.

Great property

Loved the accommodations. The living areas/bedrooms were great. The open air kitchen and living room was in continuity with the pool which was fantastic for our family. The security was great and we overall had a great time. Close enough to the beach and to the major roads and San Juan, that the stay was fantastic. Will come back again, in a heartbeat!

Good location

We have a huge party of 10. The house is very clean. Plentiful of towels and a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. The AC was very strong in every room. We have 2 huge SUVS and they fit well inside the gate. The host was kind to greet us upon check-in to give us the lay of the house. The pool was nice and stayed cold. Would recommend anyone to stay here with a big group as there is alot of space for everyone.

We had a great time. Everyone involved with our stay there was great. Very close to everywhere we wanted to go. Walking distance to a beach and when we wanted to go to la placita, or Condado beach or old San Juan it was only like 10 min or so to get to them. Definitely would stay again

Beautiful house!

Our group of 8 had a fantastic time here! We loved the open air concept, air conditioning in the bedrooms was awesome!! The pool is the perfect size for lounging around in and the beach is a short walk! There was a little construction noise from the building close to us, but it wasn’t too bad! The location made getting to OSJ an easy 5-6 minute Uber, We would definitely stay again when we return to San Juan

A stay in paradise

We were hosted by John and Mayra and she welcomed us to the property. She proceeded of taking us on a tour of the property and everything was as advertised. Impeccably clean with all the amenities listed. About a 10 minute walk to the beach and a great deal of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away. My friends and I are extremely happy we found this gem. Thanks, Mayra!

Easy, Fun, Comfortable

The place was very comfortable (super important for the two pregnant women!) and check-in/out was simple and easy. The pool area is way cooler in person. The last night was a little noisy with firecrackers and loud music but otherwise we got good rest. The beach is a short walk and so are restaurants. We'd go back!

Great House for Group Gatherings.

We rented this house as we were in PR for a wedding. The pool was a big hit with everyone and a great place to gather. The grocery store is very close and convenient for stocking supplies. Ubers easy to pick up from the house and about a $10-$15 ride to main attractions.. It was very secure and felt safe. Only drawback is the surrounding noise if you are not used to city living. Bring good earplugs for sleeping!

The house is very appropriate for adults . Everyone has a nice chamber with good bed and AC. Saloon is climatised and you can drink something or read a book alone if you need it, or watch TV. The swmiming pool is a very good idea ! Mayra the property Manager is a very nice person. Don’t mind , go there !

Perfect family getaway

This was our first extended family vacation and this unique home accommodated us perfectly! We all had our own air conditioned rooms and plenty of bathrooms to choose from. Plus two sets of laundry units. The location can’t be beat. 5 minute walk to the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The home also provides beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and coolers which we found very helpful! This home also has a generator and water system so that if the power goes out (which it did twice) you barely notice. So grateful for that!! The host was very sweet and welcoming and communication was seamless. Overall a wonderful experience!!
