We rented Beach house “B” over the holiday weekend. Booking was an easy process as well as check in. We were arriving earlier than expected, and I contacted the owner to inquire for a possible early check in. He was very courteous and quickly gave permission to check in when we arrived. We found the unit clean and ready to accomodate. I had expected 2 full bathrooms and was surprised to discover only a bath and half. However, we were able to adjust. We also had expected usage of the washer and dryer but found none upon arrival. Fortunately, our family was close by and we were able to dry our beach accessories etc there. Overall the rental was clean and comfortable and quiet and suited our needs for our stay. 4/5

The duplex had everything we needed and was a close and easy walk to the beach. Short drive to downtown or other beaches. Listing was accurate. Only thing that could make it better would be a washer and dryer but we knew there wasn’t one when we booked.
