THE WINTER SONATA This premium first floor ground level rustic style condominium in the Laurel Mountains is a beautiful place in a perfect location. Our non-holiday rates are typically 20-40% less than resort prices for a 2 bed, 2 bath ski-in/ski-out condominium. Take a video tour on Youtube just enter search terms "Winter Sonata Seven Springs." Nestled directly at the intersection of the Village Trail Bypass and the Village Trail at Seven Springs Resort, The Winter Sonata features two fully walled primary bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed along with a private full bath. The second bedroom with a queen size bed has the option to have its own private bath too. The two primary bedrooms are ideal for two couples. More than four guests? A third double bed pull-out is located in the living room.
From the sunken living room, gaze out the large picture window onto the Village Trail and the surrounding Laurel mountains. Just step off the private rear deck and onto the Village Trail. No need to go around buildings or across parking lots to access the trail.
Frigidaire kitchen appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, range and microwave. Kitchen includes plates, silverware, pots & pans plus a KitchenAid blender, a Mr. Coffee maker 12 cup and 4-slice toaster.
SPRING, SUMMER & FALL SEASONS The Winter Sonata's private entrance is less than 170 yards from the recreational center with hot tub & pool (Open Memorial Day to Labor Day), tennis courts, basketball courts and children's playground. The condominium is ideally located to easily access the recreational center to play, but far enough away to allow you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains. You can just relax at the condominium or choose from other outdoor resort activities such as hiking throughout the picturesque local State Parks or playing 18 holes of golf on the beautiful Seven Springs Resort course. There is also horseback riding, zip lining, disc golf, alpine slide, chair lift rides, sporting clays, mountain biking, and so many others things to see and do. Hike to the lake at Tahoe Lodge in 30 minutes to enjoy paddle boards and paddle boats.

WINTER SEASON True Ski-in and Ski-out from your private rear deck on the Village Trail Slope. A remote-controlled gas-log fireplace will keep you warm and toasty as you look out over the Village Trail. Yes, The Winter Sonata Condominium, where the ski slope is in your backyard. Spend more time on the slopes rather than getting to the slopes. Ski-in from the Village Trail Slope onto the private rear deck of the condominium and ski-out from the same private rear deck of the condominium onto the Village Trail Slope and a 3 minute walk to Boomerang Trail. For winter stays from Dec 22, 2026 till March 15, 2027 there is the complementary use of a gas log fireplace with remote that also has a second protective standalone fire screen for safety. No walking around a huge building to get to the slope and no traversing huge open spaces to get to the ski-trail. (DISCLAIMER: Ski-in Ski-out is Weather Permitting i.e. if the weather is warm and there is no snow or insufficient snow on the Village Trail, then there is neither ski-in nor ski-out). Also the hot tub and pool are available from Memorial Day till Labor Day at the recreation center about 150 yards from the front door at no charge. During the balance of the year, an indoor pool and other resort activities are available at the lodge for a fee.
The rear wooden deck is ON the Village Trail Slope. From the rear deck you can SKI-OUT to the Seven Springs Lodge then select the lift to the slope that best fits your experience level. After a few runs, you can SKI-IN to the Winter Sonata and enjoy a warm comfortable place to recharge, refresh and relax. Then when you’re ready, head out for more ski runs or catch the shuttle stop just outside the condominium to the Lodge to enjoy the many other amenities of Seven Springs Resort.
The Winter Sonata allows you to take a break without breaking your vacation budget. Option to use the gas log fireplace for a fee from March 16 - December 22 at $35 per stay with a minimum 10-day notice. There is no charge to use the gas log fireplace use from December 23- March 15. Let us know at the time of booking if interested in using the fireplace, otherwise the fireplace will not be available for use during your stay.
YOU GOTTA ASK MID-WEEK SPECIALS FOR NEW STAYS IN MARCH & APRIL non-holiday midweek 3 nights for $450 plus end of stay cleaning fee, occupancy taxes & booking fees. Contact us for special pricing on 4 or 5 consecutive non-holiday midweek nights for saving of 20% - 40% off Resort prices for a 2 Bed/2 Bath condominium. Ask for MIDWEEK SPECIAL in your inquiry and we will adjust the quote to reflect the discounted price.

One Night - We have a single night non-holiday rate (Sunday to Thursday) for $189 per night plus cleaning fee, occupancy tax and booking fees. One-night bookings are difficult to find at Seven Springs Resort. In your inquiry mention "ONE NIGHT SPECIAL" and if needed we will override the two-night minimum & modify the quote.

Our family had a good time during our stay. Great ski in/ski out location. Host was helpful. Will keep this place in mind during our next visit to Seven Springs.
We loved this condo. It was well stocked, very close to slopes (a true ski in ski out location). Decorated very nicely, super clean. And the host was very helpful and informative. Would highly recommend!
Everything was wonderful, nice place to chill and unwind. Clean and comfy. We felt right at home. Owners were very nice, efficient and quick to reply. Nice area to stay. We enjoyed Autumnfest and plan to return. Thank you to Richard and Dee for letting us enjoy their condo.

Property was just as described and very comfortable. Hi,I g trail right out the back door and the pool is very close. We also used the shuttle to go to the main resort. Happy there was air conditioning as it was sticky and humid. Owners were very helpful. Would stay here again.

The hiking trail right off the rear wooden deck is ideal.
Ryan and his family have stayed with us often. They are also part of our Great Guest program that offers discounts to those returning guests that from their first stay at the property took great care of the property and followed the house rules.
It was a perfect place for two couples. Plenty of room for all four of us (two couples). A short drive down to the main lodge for wonderful dining. The pool and hot tub were glorious and just a short walk away! Rich was a great host! The place was spotless and a very attractive home. We will definitely return.

We love the Laurel Highlands any time of the year. When looking to recharge, this is our getaway. We waited for a property of this quality to become available for three years. During those years we looked at over 25 two bedroom condominiums that were for sale. This condominium impressed us the most. The floor plan with the living room, dining room, kitchen, baths and bedrooms all on the same floor is what we wanted and the location on the Village Trail ski slope was perfect. This is a true ski-in ski-out condominium and a great place to spend time with our friends and family.
Why they chose this property
Seven Springs is a well known and top rated all seasonal resort. There are so many activities to enjoy no matter the season and the night time entertainment is great. In the Mid Atlantic Region, this resort received a #1 rating. It is also in close proximity to the world renown Fallingwater home designed by Frank Lloyd Wright as well as the Flight 93 National Memorial and the Great Allegheny Passage Bike Trail in Rockwood, PA that is part of the 335 mile hiking-biking trail connecting Pittsburgh, PA to Washington, D.C.
What makes this property unique
The private front entrance of the condominium is just a short 2 minute walk to the recreational center with a pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day), hot tub(Memorial Day to Labor Day), tennis courts, basketball courts, and children's playground. Just off the rear wooden deck we often make the 15 minute hike through the open wooded area to the Seven Springs Resort complex. We especially like the hike in the fall when the leaves in the Laurel Mountains change color. It is truly awesome.
