SKI, SWIM, STAY in this SPACIOUS and RENOVATED 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath End Unit-Townhome that is flooded with natural light and coziness. Located within the 7 Springs Mountain Resort, the community offers an OUTDOOR POOL, PICKLEBALL COURTS, TENNIS COURTS and a PICNIC PAVILION with GRILLS. The LARGE side yard is perfect for making snow angels or playing ball and badminton in the summer. The scenic and relaxing community is the perfect setting for walks or a bike ride. The FREE RESORT SHUTTLE stop is right outside our door and just a short 7 minute ride to the resort’s SKI LODGE, SNOW TUBING and CENTER LOBBY. The vacation home features Flat Screen TVs, Internet/WiFi, Wet-bar, Skylights, Hardwood floors and ceramic tile, Large deck with grill, HEATED ceramic floor in first floor bathroom and a Washer/Dryer. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed with a flat screen TV and new full bath with shower. The 2nd Floor Master has a King size bed and private bath. The 2nd floor guest bedroom has 2 double beds. The loft has a pull out double bed. There is a 3rd full bathroom located in the 2nd floor hall. Pool and tennis courts are just steps away. Winter FREE NIGHT is the Thursday before or Monday after a Fri-Sun booking. Summer FREE NIGHT is any 4th night (offer not available December 24- January 3 and holidays).

This location is fantastic! We were a 3 minute walk from the pool, right next to the field and had a window view of stop 15 to watch for the bus. It was so homey and had everything we needed. We loved staying here!

Great trip to seven springs!

Gabriella was very friendly and great to work with- making the check in/check out process easy. The place was a good set up and location to accommodate the 10 of us :) Also loved the easy access to the free shuttle bus!

We loved this townhome and location!

My parents, sister, husband and I rented the 3-3 unit for a week to attend a family reunion in Laurel Hill state park. The house was perfect! It met every one of our needs/wants and then some. The neighborhood is beautiful, walking distance to a full golf court, swimming pool, and 5 minutes to the state park. We could not be happier for a summer getaway location!

Perfect Mountain Getaway

Our family could not have found a better place to stay the weekend of my son’s wedding. The townhouse is in close proximity to everywhere we wanted to be, including the pool and tennis courts, and the resort for the wedding and reception. Gabby is an excellent host who provided all we needed and more. Don’t think twice about staying here.

No indoor pool or hot tub. Limited hot water. Showered one at a time and waited 45 minutes. Oven was dirty and the bedrooms had cobwebs on the ceiling and very dusty behind the beds. One bed was unused because mattress was so bad. Spent the first day on phone because no internet connection. Modem was unplugged and not in the location we were told to look. We were told modem was on the windowsill by the fireplace . After hours of searching we found on bedroom floor unplugged. Overall this was the worst place we ever stayed in during 20 years of skiing ( seven springs , deep creek). Definitely over priced for accommodations.

Nice last minute getaway.

We booked last minute so it fit our needs. Good location and all needs met with linens, etc. looks like they are doing some updates. The blinds were just paper and the furniture was older and in bad shape, could use an update. But nice for a quick getaway.

Nice property

We rented for our annual Autumnfest 7 Springs trip. This was our first time staying on this side of the mountain. It was a great location, especially with the shuttle stop just outside our door. Gabriella was warm and welcoming. I felt like I knew her forever! She is an awesome host and super easy to get ahold of and super easy to talk to. We enjoyed our family trip and would consider renting from Gabriella again. We had no issues with our rental during our stay. Thank you Gabriella!

What a delightful stay!

The condo was clean and well furnished. The beds were comfortable. The owners were a pleasure to deal with. Overall it was a great place to stay in a very convenient location at Seven Springs. If we're ever in need of a 3 BR unit again, this would certainly be at the top of the list. The only comment I would make is that the air conditioners seemed a little loud at first, but we quickly adapted to them and they ended up not being an issue.

smelled nice👍 House has it all for skiing. Location is great with shuttle to and from seven springs resort. Feels like a living at your own home because it quite literally is someone’s else’s vacation home cooking, towels, storage space, games and Wifi). The only thing there would be to complain about is the hot water. As long as two people don’t take a 1 hour shower at the same time and use up all the hot water, everything is very relaxing and cozy. Heating works great coldest night for me was -2.

Comfortable, cozy getaway

Very comfortable sofas for lounging, reading, and chatting. Well stocked kitchen for those who love to cook (we do!), comfortable beds and pillows. Shuttle to the ski resort, nice curving, rolling neighborhood streets for early morning walks. Just perfect for our getaway! And Gabby was a super helpful, friendly host! Perfect all around!

OK but needs some work

It is a nice place to stay with plenty of space and all the amenities promised. The owner left a bottle of wine and some drinks which were appreciated. However, the place is cluttered and needs a clean out and clean up. The fridge, freezer and cabinets had a lot of food in them when we arrived which I assume was the owners. The upstairs bedrooms and baths need to be updated. If you don't expect anything fancy, it is a reasonable place to spend a couple of nights.

Gabriella was on it! Highly responsive and proactive in her communication and she went above and beyond to address any and all issues. The shuttle could not be more convenient, the skiing conditions were superb, and the 4th nite free was nice! 8 is a more comfortable number than 10 with the 3 bedrooms, but it can handle 10 for sure if you don't mind the closeness in the common areas.

Good location, but you still need to drive few minutes to Seven Springs Resort. Cooking stove is outdated but it works and kitchen has all small ware you need. A lot of dinnerware as well. Overall good place for a price.

Beautiful home

The condo was very nice and spacious. No problem with getting a shuttle to the lodge. It was literally right outside the door. Only problem were the toilets weren’t functioning properly. Owner actually came back Friday evening to try and fix the problem but it broke again the next day. Owner was very responsive and offered us another night stay at no charge.

We have been taking our kids to 7 springs for 20 years. We all love it there and want to give other families the opportunity to create their own fun and lasting memories at 7 Springs just as we have.

Why they chose this property

I love how close we are to the resort. We are closer than any of the other 7 springs communities. We are also a few minutes away from the golf course by car. We were drawn to this community because of the open feel of the community. The design of the community left space between the homes leaving an open feeling that is nestled in the greenery of the mountains. It is truly relaxing and invigorating.
The pool is really nice and our association just added a pickleball court next to the tennis court.

We are STEPS TO the SHUTTLE STOP- The shuttle stop is right outside our door and the shuttle will drop off right in front of snow tubing, the main lodge, or at the bottom of the slopes right by the ski rental office and ticket sales office.
The shuttle runs every 20 minutes and is only
7 MINUTES from the house to the slopes-You never have to worry about the lifts shutting down which would make it hard to get back to your ski in ski out unit.
SWISS MOUNTAIN is closer to the Highlands market and the resort than any of the other 7 springs properties.

What makes this property unique

NEWLY RENOVATED. We have door to door service via a free shuttle to the resort. The home is very spacious with a first floor bedroom and NEW full bath with a heated floor! Have your morning coffee or cookout on the rear deck. The large yard is perfect for making snow men in the winter, soccer in the summer or just reading a book and relaxing. There is ample parking and the home is just 50 yards to pool and tennis courts. There is an Apple TV, Flat screen TVs, Wet bar and a fully stocked kitchen with a crock pot, blender, popcorn maker, air fryer, coffee and espresso pot and more!
