Alena was waiting to show us around. She was wonderful, quick and fast so we could start relaxing. The house was very nice and comfortable. She let us use one of the garages. It was large enough to leave the bikes on the bike rack and a place to store our kayak. The neighborhood was nice, safe a quiet. We had lots to do in the area and never made it to our intended locations. Hopefully we'll be back and be able to here again. Thanks Alena for a great stay.

Host was very responsive to questions. The unit was very clean and had an updated kitchen. It’s a great location. Easy access to Venice area and Warm Mineral Springs. It was nice to be able to use the garage. On VRBO, it was listed as having 2 Queen beds, but one was a queen and the other was a double on a queen frame. There was low water pressure in the master bathroom. Some of the instructions in the guest book were not for this unit.

Place to stay

Very nice house. I was surprised to see so many doors in one house. You can go outside from all three doors but entrance available only from one. Over all I would come back with my family once again.

Clean inside, a lot of towels. But are few things that have to be upgrated. 1st washer mashine needs to be clean because the smell inside is horrible , the filter of the driyer needs to be clean and the air wents on the sealing beed to be clean. Other wise is was nice

We stayed April 9-23 2023. The house was well stocked with kitchen items. Neighborhood was quite even with the construction. Beaches were close about 30 minutes. Shopping about 10 minutes away. The internet service and Cable service was not great. Watching TV, it seemed about every 1/2 hour the service would stop then restart after about 1 minute. The one thing we didn't like was that there were 8 cameras around the outside of the house. To get into the house you went through a screen porch and then a 3-season porch before getting to the main door, which had a doorbell camera. We felt like we did not have much privacy when we used the 3-season room or walked around the outside of the house. Property description did not mention anything about cameras. VRBO policy states outdoor cameras must be disclosed with locations and no indoor cameras allowed. We may not have stayed had we known about all the cameras. This could have been a 5 star rated property.

Thank you for review, just letting you know, all of my properties has cameras , its outside and its for your and my security. You can find this information in additional info. And yes VRBO before has this information in listing, that was easy to see when you booked, but they remove it. The only place as a owners we can put it in , its additional roles . Sorry about that.
