A unique seaside experience awaits! With three levels of stylish living space, Mer De Calladonn is a delightful 2BR/3BA townhome in a quiet community. Enjoy breakwater views from every level and private beach access -- walk straight from your back door to feel the sand between your toes!

Unwind on the private furnished balcony after a fun-filled day of beachcombing, wine tasting, hiking, fishing, and exploring local attractions. This incredible outdoor space boasts unobstructed views of La Selva Beach.

Enjoy breathtaking sunsets, host a family cookout, or gather by the firepit while the sound of the waves lull you into vacation mode.

LIVING AREA

Modern design and new furnishings create a bright, clean aesthetic throughout.

Get cozy by the gas fireplace in the open living area, or watch your favorite shows on the smart flat-screen TV. (Hulu and Netflix accounts are provided.)

Large sliding glass doors to the balcony provide beautiful ocean views.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, detailed with updated appliances. Serve tasty dishes at the dining table set for eight.

BED & BATH

This three-story townhome sleeps six guests in two bedrooms.

Sleep soundly in the welcoming primary bedroom, which features a comfy king bed and a lovely bay window with stunning water views.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle. This room offers ocean views, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

A second bathroom has a tub/shower combination, while a third bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Relax on the private balcony and enjoy the fresh coastal breeze and sweeping sea views. Partially covered, this outdoor space includes a sofa, firepit, gas grill, and alfresco dining.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Beach chairs, toys, and an umbrella are provided in the rental.

Parking is available for up to two cars in the driveway. Additional street parking in front of the unit may also be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The beach is accessible via a long set of stairs leading from the back of the rental.

This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large or noisy groups. All outdoor activities must be moved inside by 10pm.

Shoes are not permitted inside the rental.

This rental does not have air-conditioning.

Your townhome offers a prime location, surrounded by state parks, giant redwoods, and eclectic seaside villages. Spend laid-back days checking out local wineries or dining at five-star restaurants. For outdoor adventures, enjoy world-class golf or go deep-sea fishing.

For a fun day trip, head to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk or the Monterey Bay Aquarium.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
