On the Beach is an ocean front townhome in the gated community of Sand Dollar Beach! (Permit 251385) This oceanfront home has the central coast views you dream of! Nestled in a quiet community, this unit is perfect for the relaxing beach vacation with the family. Private beach access leads straight down to open sand in an area that never has big crowds!
Please note, the third bedroom is a loft, offering an open and airy space that is not fully enclosed from the rest of the guests.
The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests
- 3 bedrooms (Please note, the third bedroom is a loft, offering an open and airy space that is not fully enclosed from the rest of the guests)
- 2 bathrooms
- There are two reserved parking spots in front of the unit. There is also free parking on the street.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker
- Living room

- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable).
- NO PETS
Guest Access:
You will have full access to the unit with the exception of a locked storage closet. You can walk straight down to the sand from the downstairs bedrooms.

Aptos is a coastal gem nestled in Santa Cruz County. With its stunning beaches, it's a haven for sun-seekers and surf enthusiasts. This charming town boasts a laid-back vibe, a mix of boutique shops, and a vibrant dining scene, making it a perfect destination for a relaxing vacation. The iconic Cement Ship at Seacliff Beach is a must-see, and nearby forested parks like Nisene Marks offer hiking and biking trails. La Selva combines natural beauty, small-town charm, and easy access to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk, creating an ideal coastal escape for visitors.
This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.a

- The home is spread across three levels: the cozy twin loft bedroom is on the top floor, the spacious living area and kitchen are in the middle, and the two queen bedrooms are on the lower level. The loft-style twin bedroom is open to the living area but has a door for privacy.
- The home features a steep staircase and balcony, so we recommend supervising small children for their safety.
- Please be mindful of the neighbors and observe local quiet hours to ensure everyone enjoys a peaceful stay.
- The property is in a gated community with security patrols, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all guests.
- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.
