Affordable and Comfortable

Nice, clean, secure room. Host Alberto was very nice and always available. Location was great, close to everything. Pool was relaxing.

there was no heater and the place was a ice box .the shower didn't have hot water.

First we dont offer heater in our listing I had another guest the day after he left and no issues with the water heater,everything was fine so this guy is lying about that he is just trying to get a refund cause he left the room without any notice. I called him the next day to see if everything was ok and he told me iam done i left i booked other place so if you do that in a hotel and aks for a refund you wont have your money back.we have rules and policy.i have been hosting for more than 4 years on Airbnb and booking and never had a situation like this
