Séjour très agréable dans une maison décorée avec goût et parfaitement équipée. Le jardin et la piscine sont un vrai plus même si nous n’avons pas pu en profiter totalement en cette période (moustiques). La communication avec les hôtes a toujours été facile et rapide, les instructions très précises, que se soit pour l’annonce, l’arrivée ou le départ. Emplacement pratique pour visiter Miami avec une voiture. Un grand merci à Sam et Andy!

Enjoyed our stay in Miami for the 4th of July it was conveniently located to several excellent restaurants and the home was perfect for our family to relax before heading back to Kentucky after our cruise. Would stay here again!

We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay with your family in Miami! We start the description for this property with the fact that it’s a 1940’s historical property here in Miami, so if it’s a “newly built, modern property” someone is looking for, they know to look elsewhere. Also need to mention that one arm of the pool rail was broken and is being fixed, but the pool was/is in fully working order, clean and clear for use.

Worked here remotely for a couple months. You can tell that this property is more than a rental to the owners which is what I want out of these experiences. The house has so much history in the doors, railings, etc. The backyard is huge. It was pretty quiet for Miami so I enjoyed the peace of the backyard almost everyday. Very walkable/bike-able neighborhood. The best part though was the communicative and friendly owners. I had forgotten a power cord and they let me borrow one instead of having to search to obtain one on my owner. They let me know if they would be coming by or for workers were so I was prepared. Kitchen was well stocked for a rental.

Great location close to Little river. The garden I think really stood out for us with our kids, it is vast and wonderful with beautiful trees. Also lots of little attentions in the house to make you feel welcome!

The Stay Made our Vacation

My kids are very young and the best thing for them to do in Miami was hang out at this property. They loved running around the backyard, swimming in the pool and watching their own tv. We grilled out and enjoyed the summer weather in the shade which was very comfortable. The location is convenient to us visiting family but also has lots of food options. I highly recommend! The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. The property was very well stocked and we had everything we could’ve needed.

Our "home" in Miami

Hosts Sam and Andy made us feel welcome and were very responsive to our needs. The house is perfect for us -- older, super clean, lots of upgrades, washer and dryer, off-street parking, private backyard. Location is good -- short drive to downtown, Miami Beach, and the airport. The hosts have added many lovely touches to make the cottage attractive and welcoming. We will recommend this one to our friends.
