We arrived and had no problems finding the place and opening it up and parking our cars -- we had 3. What a splendid place -- very clean, quiet and secure. Pool was loved by all and was just the right size for small children. Air conditioners were almost silent, and worked very well. Large TV in family room was appreciated by the kids. Nice balcony upstairs overlooks the pool. Lots of marble everywhere. Water was hot and plentiful. A five minute walk to the unbelievably fabulous beach. My wife and I aren't big beach fans, but this beach is wildly beautiful, especially around sunset. Great value for the money! They just paved the road as we were leaving so the last couple of kilometers will be pristine!

Unfortunately my worst VRBO experiences in Costa Rica
As a coordinator of volunteer groups that comes to Costa Rica to serve it's beloved people, this was unfortunately one of the most disappointing VRBO experiences we've had. The location is way over priced for the accommodations offered. Customer service was terrible. I asked for location in the morning because we were traveling a long distance. They refused to share the location until noon and it sent us to an empty lot. At that time we were also advised that the dryer did not work. This may not have been an issue for others, but as a group of volunteers that just spent 7 days in the forest , we desperately needed the dryer. The host was very unaccommodating, did not fix the dyer and told us to just hang out clothes out to dry but it was raining and there was no place to hang them. The couch only accommodates three people, there are only two pool chairs that are so uncomfortable we did not use them and the only piece of furniture on the second floor, a foose ball table, is so off balance, it just wastes space. It is way over priced for what is offered. Although the location close to the beach, the view is terrible, the grass is fake and there is mold and weeds everywhere. If I would have known the space lacked comfort for 6 people and the customer service was going to be so bad, I definitely would have chosen a nicer place, for the same cost with a beautiful view of the ocean.

Hello Nancy I'm sorry you had such a terrible experience in our property unfortunately things happen in live that we cannot prevent although we wanted to, the dryer stop working the day before you arrived and we couldt find the right parts to fix it at the moment I apologise for that but you have to understand is not something I choose to happen it just did, like you said it has been a long and rainy winter season in Costa Rica Uvita specially cuz its humidity and mold and weeds are part of the season although its true that we try to keep up with the place sometimes its just hard, the grass is indeed fake as you can see in the pictures cut that space is more used as parking space, there are two pool reclinable chairs in the pool area but 6 other chairs in that area too, we never claim to have a beach view so idont know what's your point there, but we are in a 4 min walk to the beach, the location we share it a couple of hours before check in for security reasons, understandable I think we never had an issue in that area with other customers, there are 4 different bedroom two of which have they own bathroom and walking closet and two other bedrooms with two double beds in them so I don't get how could 6 people could have been uncomfortable, so I don't know I wish you have had a better experience but sometimes is also the way you see things and have a better attitude with the situations around you
