This beautiful single-family home located in the heart of Surf City is just a few steps away from the beach access and offers the best of both worlds: beautiful ocean views from the back deck and sunset views from the front porch. Parking available for 6 with an accessible EV Charger for those eco-minded guests. Step right into the open concept living area where you will find cozy new seating including a Queen Sleeper Sofa and a flat screen tv for all to enjoy. The modern updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances is fully stocked with everything you need to feed your crew well. Up the stairs you will find two Twin over Full Bunkbeds in the ocean facing bedroom and a King Bed in the front of the house with a Roku TV. The backyard has a new picnic table and yard games for family fun times before rounding out your night by soaking in the 5-Person Hot Tub!
