Picture a slow morning in the beach-view hot tub, sunrise over the water from the double deck, and hammocks waiting down on the sand. We're John and Kaley. We named this home American Dream Sands because building a life here is our own story, and we kept it warm and easy for yours. Five bedrooms (two ocean-view kings), private beach access, an outdoor shower, open living areas with ocean views, and a piano for the evenings. Here's what's waiting for you:

⦿ We’re dog-friendly (up to 2 well-trained dogs, 20 lb or less each), but can’t allow other pets like cats due to allergies. We are happy to welcome your dog! Just ask, and be prepared to tell us about your furry family member. For our guests' comfort and enjoyment, we do not allow dogs on beds or sofas at any time. Pet hair is difficult to remove from linens and upholstery, and we want everyone to be able to enjoy their stay

⦿ Everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided, including towels, LINENS, a fully stocked kitchen, exquisite décor, and the perfect location. So obviously no extra fees for sheets and towels

⦿ If you need a break from mother nature, we have a fully stocked activity closet with games, books, and puzzles. Or you can take a quick walk into town and enjoy the finest dining, shopping, and nightlife on the island!

⦿A charcoal grill is provided, you need to bring your charcoal

⦿The best thing about our home is that the most important thing to us is your experience. We will do everything possible to ensure you have the best vacation possible!

⦿ Other things to note:

⦾ Other charges: We allow up to 2 well-trained dogs (20 lb or less each) during your stay for an additional fee of $100 per pet. Bigger dogs up to 60 lb, or a 3rd dog, may be possible as an exception: $200 per dog plus one $500 refundable deposit. Message us before you book. We do not allow the animals on the beds at any time, for the cleanliness and comfort of our future guests.

⦾ Hot tub cleaning: Your private, ocean-view hot tub receives a professional cleaning and quality check with oxidizer and bromine before and after your stay, every time

⦾ Guest access: Our guests have use of the entire home (except some lock rooms), and are encouraged to use and enjoy everything in the home

⦾ For safety reasons, the fireplace is decorative only and not operational

⦾ We share the place with sand, salt, and a few tiny locals (mosquitoes and sand gnats sometimes crash the sunset). We clean thoroughly between stays, but a touch of coastal life comes with the territory. Any cosmetic touch-ups in progress won't get in the way of your beach time
