Three burner gas grill with utensils. No charge for propane. Grilling area is well lit for night-time use.

Fishing available and basic fishing gear provided, but bring your own stuff if you like. No license required, live bait available nearby. We have a 10 ft. rowboat with oars, two pedal boats and two kayaks available. **Kayaks and pedal boats are removed and stored during winter months.

Swimming is permitted, but there are no lifeguards on duty. Life jackets provided free of charge. There is a Life Ring Buoy on the dock

Fire ring with free firewood and roasting sticks available.

There is a Blink video doorbell installed on the front door and five outside Wi-Fi cameras, one on the north end of the house, one on the south end of the house, one on the west end (rear) of house, and one on front porch. All cameras are in plain view. There are no other cameras or recording devices on the property. None of the cameras are inside the house and none are aimed at the house

House is equipped with "Smart" thermostat, smart carbon dioxide and smoke detectors, smart wall plugs and smart front porch light. The thermostat is set for optimum efficiency and guest comfort. DO NOT move, remove, unplug, cover or disable ANY devices.

House is wired for portable generator which is on-site and can be operational within about an hour. The generator will power the whole house except for furnace/AC and water heater.

Please review our welcome guide and house rules before your arrival. Please note that we require the names and ages of all the guests in your party to be listed in the reservation, and you, as the renter, must be one of the guests and stay at our Lake House.

The County Commissioners have established a .03% "Bed Tax" for all rental properties in the county. The amount for your stay will be included in correspondence sent to you soon after booking and again in the check-in instructions message sent approximately 2 days before your arrival.

We recommend 4 WD or AWD. The driveway is steep with a limestone surface. You can make it without 4 WD, you'll just have to get a run at it when you come out. If there is snow or ice conditions, 4 WD or AWD will be required.

Pet policy in full:
Cats are Not permitted; one dog permitted but not over 20#; you must clean up after your dog and dispose of waste properly; dog must be kept on leash at all times outside; dog must be dried off if wet from swimming or is muddy; dog is not allowed on any furniture at any time; dog must not be left in the house alone, unless in a crate/kennel.

Smart home devices;
Do not unplug, turn off, move or remove any electronic devices. There are two sync modules in the living room and a 'smart' plug in each bedroom and living room. All of these devices are necessary for the safety and security of the house. None of these have any type of camera capabilities.
